That's the worst... Canceling the order but having the bank tie up your money til the pending hold ends.

I said earlier that they'll probably have security at each store directing traffic and making sure people don't trample all over each other. Ugh. 

The last collection that had Heroine had people lined up at my local store 10 minute before opening. I guess I need to get there an hour early for this. hboy: It's crazy because at the mall near me w/ the Mac store and 2 counters, 99% of any collection would be available days later. People are finding all the spots man.

Finally got to see all of my orders - still only 1 cancelled the others all still say pending.

So I went to the mall, had lunch, took a nap and there's another 50 pages added to this thread...this is unbelievable you guys. Honestly, I've been a MAC user for a long time (10 years or so) and never have seen something as crazy as this launch.

Are you guys actually interested in the products or is it the rush of ordering? I'm now geniunly curious as I don't believe any of them are that special.The bronzer is way too yellow IMO, the lipsticks are super dry and I think Nars, MUFE and GA make much better illuminators than MAC. Somebody enlighten me plz and tell me what it is I'm missing, lol!!!

Meanwhile, I have a couple of hours of free time this evening so I will come back and try to read this thread over a bowl of icecream for entertainment

Agree. I tried to order last night and missed the window. I was sad that the lipsticks were sold out. Then I was lucky to see the lipsticks were available at 11:15 AM and I bought them. Then to be safe, I tried to buy my lipsticks at noon , added them to my cart, and spent 90 minutes getting gateway timeouts at checkout while others made it through in less time. The waiting room doesn't seem fair in this instance. I just hope that everyone got what they wanted. It's just pointless to blame fellow MAC fans when clearly MAC has server problems.

Some of my orders were cancelled and some weren't there are 6 ladies in my house some of which would be disappointed. Not cool

Okay good news. I called in to cancel my riris that I got before 12.00 because I got what I wanted through the virtual room. Told me that it has already been sent to distribution and that they probably did not get to it. So if you have pending on your order status you are safe.

LOL!! They didn't get to screwing you over. This is a time when we should applaud "bad" customer service!

Like some else mentioned when this collection was just a bunch of words and ideas. It's not just your normal hardcore MAC addicts its the Rihanna Navy as well.

I went out for two hours and there are 800 posts...I can't believe peoples orders got cancelled...

Now this makes me worry about mine and MACs website is slower than a turtle and their code is messing up and I can't check my order status...but if CS said its coming its coming right?

That's completely unfair though that some people's got cancelled!

(i do need to catch so i'm not sure exactly who's and ect)

okay so been at it since 12 est... and it may have just gone thru. Didnt have luck on my pc, but my ipad did the trick. I was just about to say F this and all.. but it went thru. Checkout it stupid slow. No confirmation yet.. we will see. Any news on if this is sold out yet?
