Is it really lost though? They'll just turn around and sell the cancelled orders to other customers. They probably lost the customers' money that got tired of their crap today and just said forget it, but again, they'll probably just turn around and sell it to the next customer. They certainly don't have a shortage of customers.

Same here, I just hope if they're going to cancel my order I get my funds back in a reasonable timeframe so that I can NOT do a re-order and upgrade my hotel room for the weekend to a fancier one. lol

I got the bronzer because the buy all thingie seemed to work faster than me getting the drops alone.

I got the bronzer too because I didn't want to go through the long wait of removing it from my cart and then submitting the order smh.

my 2 orders from 9 and 11am are still not cancelled, it took me over 2 hours dealing with the waiting room problems to have one go through on my phone as a replacement for the ones that should be getting cancelled apparently.

And I just got the text that the collection is available. Smh. I'm thinking of skipping out on new MAC collections for a while. They make their money from loyal mac people. Sure this collection will sell out either way, but riri fans won't be around for tropical taboo and all the other ones

I'm preparing for the inevitable cancellation by wearing Scarlett Empress.

I haven't even compared to see how close they actually are (think SE is a bit darker), but it's close enough for me just in case.

Scarlet Empress is another beautiful color that I don't wear enough. I'm going to mosey on over to the NARS site. They make me feel like they want to sell me their makeup.

When I was on the phone with CS they said ALL orders before 12(noon) EST are being cancelled, however any orders placed after are fine.
