RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

Son of a biscuit eater, my order was indeed cancelled. MAC can suck it. And I am NOT reordering either, especially if you have to wait yet another MONTH to get it. Once my funds are released back to me, off to Nordstroms to get my NARS' AUTUMN LEAVES. My NARS' Damned and Burberry BRIGHT POPPY are fine substitutes. *flips hair*

All of my early orders are cancelled. Oh well. I got 3 post-launch orders in that are all pending. It was all so haphazard though. I ended up with only 2 RiRi Woo backups, 3 RiRi Boys (not even sure how that happened, because I just wanted 1), 3 Heauxs (only wanted 2!), and lustre drops.

The extra RiRi Boys and Heauxs will go to CPs for people I know who want them. I might try for 2 more RiRi Woos while I can.

I was thinking of getting back-ups, but I know I'm never going to use it all so it's time to save for the retro-matte collection!!

See, at this point I don't care if I get backorders, because the RiRi Woos are backups anyway.

Ok. I was finally able to get my order through for all 3 lippies and the luster drops about 2pm. I placed a second order for heaux for my DD. my first order placed before noon was cancelled.

A friend of mine just texted me saying she just popped on and completed her order of RRB and Heaux in about 5 minutes. I aksed her if she got an message about a backorder and she said no.

Oh yeah now its all easy and ish. But my order did say the RRB and Heaux are backordered.

So I called Mac to complain and of course was told I have to order online. Mind u have been trying to do that since it released! This waiting sucks! They should honor the orders they cancelled!

My order is finished! I finished my order in about 15 minutes using my IPhone, I purchased maybe two hours ago... I ordered one of each lippie and the blush duo and the luster drops.... Had a change of heart and ordered another back up of all the lipsticks, but when I ordered two of the lipsticks were on back order... I went ahead and still purchased, so I will see if they will be shipped.. The CS rep told me back orders are being shipped in July... Also she said they ARE cancelling ANY order made before 12pm est... Also she stated that MAC is aware of the "stalkers" online lol...

Same here, I had to look in my account to see it listed as canceled. We'll probably get emails in two days informing us our orders were canceled. lol

So I wouldn't mind the products being backordered, if I had not been in the check out and had THEIR system kick me out.

I'm ticked this process took all day. Do they really think I have time for that?

I decided to not order N&M, and I'm only getting the brush from TTaboo. Mac is ridiculous.

I see they are trying to do damage control on their site. Someone actually responded to my comment. but hopefully after seeing the comments they will begin to change their LE releases. I understand MAC wants to be fair and why they cancelled the pre noon orders, but you never should have been allowed to place those orders.

They should stop with all the LE foolishness. You don't have to release a ton of product, but going through this nonsense all day or all night, when I can go to NARS, Bobbi Brown, UDecay and etc is uneccessary. They are not creating hype for the brand but a black market for their products. I have generally never had a problem getting items, but I'm grown, and a consumer with disposable income stalking all night or waiting all day is unacceptable.

I LOVE Burberry Bright Poppy! I don't love the $30 price but I love the formula and the color. Plan on getting more from that line BUT I have to order online or go 100 miles to a store that carries the brand. I actually had to order Bright Poppy directly from Burberry because I couldn't find it on Nordstroms site

Okay ladies, I need some reassurance because I'm starting to get paranoid with all the craziness that is going on today...

I placed my order post-launch around 1:10 pm Central Time. I was able to get both Heaux and RRB without any backorder messages. I made the purchase on my Android phone from MAC's mobile site. Of course it took about half an hour to process everything but so far all I have received is a confirmation, no money has been withdrawn from my bank account yet. Is this a good or bad sign? I'm used to money being withdrawn immediately when I confirm my purchases with other collections.

Has anyone else had a similar experience today? I guess I just don't want to get my hopes up yet because of all the nonsense MAC has been putting us through all day.

this happened to me when i ordered rrw on the last launch, i called CS because i was worried and was told it can take several hours for the transaction to show up

This ordeal was ridiculous to say the least! It took me 5 hours a half a days work, a laptop, an iPad and a iPhone to get two back ordered lipsticks! Now I'm thinking I should've ordered the blush duo! Smh

My original 1030ish purchase was just cancelled. That had all 3 RiRi lippies on it plus 2 AAO. Lets see if I can reorder those AAO ones!!

All I know is, they'd better honor the order I placed for 1 lipstick after 12pm and they'd better put the other monies back in my account and on my gift card. That is ALL I KNOW. I'm gonna give them until sometime tomorrow to see what moves are made before I pick up the phone. Send me my sh*t, or give me my money. It's not even that hard.
