Finally received an order confirmation! I had to order on my iPhone! My iMac and iPad was just waiting!

I placed an order for Riri Boy at 11:11, but it was canceled under the MAC site. Under my paypal acct., it still says pending. Now, I'm just waiting for the cancellation email.

It just a really good example of why new members need to participate in the community not just jump it & go all crazy on us. I've seen them pop in JUST to solicit their blogs first thing, or others that pop in soley to flame members.
Like the amount of new members that came in just to snap on some of us was ridiculous...

But because this option appeared before 11am I am being penalized for your F'up. Ya'll know MAC is like crack to some people . . . ..Hahaha And when they can't get the fix they start tripping out doing all sorts of crazy and evil things !!!!!!!!!! LOL

I hate when, in any situation, a person goes well if it was you... Actually, no. You don't know how I'd feel and you'd be wrong anyway. If I was late to the party and others found a loophole and ordered, I would not see it as fair that their orders were cancelled. Even if I missed out.

I LOVE Burberry Bright Poppy! I don't love the $30 price but I love the formula and the color. Plan on getting more from that line BUT I have to order online or go 100 miles to a store that carries the brand. I actually had to order Bright Poppy directly from Burberry because I couldn't find it on Nordstroms site
Yeah, it costs more but no hassle. lol And really, you couldn't find it online at Nordstroms? I ordered it from there myself back in either February or March. Hmm...

Girl. I had a conversation with CS. She could not say anything all she kept saying was I'm so sorry. You did nothing wrong. It was a glitch in our system. No duh I did nothing wrong! Lol What a mess.

I feel like I have wasted a perfectly good day!
You know that's kind of why I'm waiting before I call them. Even though my status on the site says cancelled, I haven't received a cancellation email nor has the money been put back yet. I'm giving them until tomorrow to see if anything changes before calling.

I just checked mine and the orders at 9am & 11am got cancelled, the one I finally placed around 2 says pending though :) hopefully since that one was after 12 and from the waiting room it doesn't get cancelled.

I just called my SA to put in my fall order. She died cracking up. I was serious as hell tho. I told her I don't kno what it will consist of really but whatever I want to ensure that i do get. She jokingly called me crazy however promised that she got me! I was told that customers were coming in the store asking the associates to order for them

also for my cancelled orders before 12 they haven't sent me an email about it or taken the credit card authorizations off yet, but I know that part will prob take awhile. I had to look at the status of each order in my account to see that they got cancelled.

What killed me was the girl who referred to some users who were using multiple platforms such as iPhones, computers, etc. to place orders as idiots, like who do you think you are?

You're lucky to be close to your SA. I should really make friends with some in my area!
