me neither.fair business mac should of not cancel our orders point blank point. Then took our money and people are saying fair I only order 20 minutes to the launch last time riri woo it was 15 to and my order was placed. Mac was not fair in this at all.and here I was trying to keep my mouth shut about some of these comments

I had other stuff in my order. Hell, just take the RiRi stuff out and charge me for and send my other stuff. I don't even have time for people that's been lurking here and getting info and links and what not and then are gonna all of a sudden come in here like they're holier than thou. I'd like to see the one that has a link presented to them earlier and is going to say "oh no, I'll just sit and wait to enjoy MAC's nice little waiting room". Yeah right. LMAO.

I see alot of people had issues using Paypal today. I already stated that they double charged me for one order. Paypal reversed one of the charges but the other is still pending even though MAC canceled the order.

This launch was an absolute nightmare. I am so going to the store for the Fall release.

i dont get how Mac all of a sudden cares about being fair when every other release is whoever finds it and gets it first! if people were stalking the site and found the lipsticks to order than GOOD on them! they're obviously true addicts and deserve it still praying for my order lol

not yet. I placed an order last nite and one this afternoon. I just checked both and still says pending. Keeping fingers crossed.

My story... All I wanted was Heaux .

I'm on at 8 am (West coast time). It took me 30 mins from clicking on it to check out to finalizing the purchase.

I got it though, and I'm happy about that.

I know there was more products and hype for Riri this time around, but I don't remember RiRi Woo taking forever... Possibly cause I wasn't trying to get it at the time that it launched.
It took probably 15 mins.

I swear I wanted to close my window and just forget it , it took that long. I had my iPad trying to get in, my google chrome (which worked eventually) Safari open, my iPod touch... LOL

I'm glad MAC made these Riri launches one per customer, on the exact time and date of release... But seriously the waiting was nerve wrecking and should not be so bad for a beauty product.. It isn't like if you purchased something RiRi coming to your house... I mean really MAC. Er.

MAC has debited my card now, so crosses fingers that Heaux arrives safely.

P.S. You know you are getting old when you don't know that Heaux is a way the kids are spelling Ho these days... Now I'm gonna have fun telling people what the name of the color I have on is... hahaha

Well, i paid with PayPal, and so far my order has not been cancelled, either by MAC or by PayPal. My order went through about 100 minutes into the madness. All my stuff says "Pending" which is normal. I hope i'm not jinxing myself...

Page 163 was when we were called idiots and on page 164 a lot of us turned up on the user who made the comment.

Took a break and then went back the MAC site and could easily order the other two RiRi Woos I wanted.

I just submitted my order about an 1 hr ago, went through, got my confirmation! I've been trying since 11:59am today. I guess it pays off to play fair...I'm not mad at MAC at all for canceling orders that were made through the backdoor link before 12pm today. That would be unfair to the people who waited until 12pm as the website stated. Had MAC kept those orders placed before the release they would have had a lot more unhappy customers. Good business move in my opinion.

There's nothing about what MAC did today that's fair or a good business move.
