My 1 lipstick order from last night got cancled, and my 3 lipstick from thepre launched got cancelled, and I received the canceled email. I had to order again. Last time when the lipstick first launched my order did not go through because of pay pal, since the collection first launched they had problems with paypal

That pic says it all!!! Exactly how I felt when people reported that they were being 'lectured' by Customer Svc Reps.Mac is a complete mess! I placed early orders before noon and they both got cancelled when the CS rep told me I should of waited to 12 I instantly got upset ugghhh,
so I hit the stupid waiting room on my Ipad got the stuff in my cart after 45 minutes but for some reason could not complete the order after that it was a crazy struggle and nothing worked until finally at around 4:30 on my phone it finally worked and I got just the lippies no luster drop so annoyed over that anyways I got home at around 5:30 and decided to put in another order so hopefully I get at least one of those I will be soooo angry with mac if I don't get at least one of those orders. I need to find a new makeup brand cuz I don't think I can take another day of madness

My order ended up getting cancelled total BS imo, paying customers shouldn't be punished for their mistake but I was able to place another order for my lipsticks on my iphone and I only stayed in that stupid waiting room for like 5 minutes. Whatever MAC

I feel bad for all the girls getting their orders cancelled and those saying they were in the waiting room for hours. I got my first order through 20 minutes after the launch and I was able to get the lustre drops a few hours later with no problems. And I didn't have any problems the first go around. MAC really dropped the ball on this one. The whole thing should have been a smooth process for everyone not just a select few

WOW! THAT is a whole new level of "unfair!" LOOK at the extent people will go to get what they want! Kinda makes ordering before the "official" launch (because WE CAN and YOUR SYSTEM allowed that) seem like such a lesser "crime" than actually STEALING someone else's products! They can't possibly get away with this can they!? All those "MAC Order Troopers" who are spending all that time cancelling orders better be ALL OVER that kind of scam!This was ridiculous. I was a former "lurker" until today. I don't regularly buy from Mac and I get so busy with work and school....so imma be honest and say I've been lurking for years. Thanks to all of you ladies and gents?, if any, for sending me a link earlier even though my order was cancelled. I had an optical appointment & brought my computer and phone with me. I'm sure it was a sight to see, eyes all dilated but still trynna order, lol. I did manage to get a riri boy (the only thing I wanted) back ordered. Now, I'm seeing on IG how ppl are stealing conf#'s from pics posted and calling MAC to hv the address of those conf#'s updated to their address. I have a mind to do them like I do Chase when they screw up. Call CS, and just rant like a MF and refuse to hang up. Usually, CS cannot hang up on you unless you cursing, threatening, or are disrespectful. I know after an hour of that Chase ALWAYS offers me a credit just so I can hang up. Oh, the trick is DO NOT let them transfer you to a supervisior cause they have no limit on the time they can spend on the phone with you. Thanks to ya'll I've got CYY, 2 heroines, ablaze, embrace me, riri woo, and now, hopefully, riri boy.

Hope everyone gets what they want! I can honestly say I have never gone through such drama to get ANYTHING... not a Furby, not a game system, NOTHING! Ugh MAC Ugh!

OMG! Soooo pissed! I just called MAC to get the status of my FIRST AND SECOND ORDER. The CS guy said my FIRST order (placed at 11:25am) was SUSPENDED and the SECOND order (placed at 2:36pm) was SUSPENDED. Ok, I was like-I only need one order so can you CANCEL the SECOND and I will KEEP the FIRST ORDER. He cancelled the SECOND order and then the FIRST ORDER automatically CANCELLED!!! At this point he says he needs to talk to his Supervisor. Finally, they can't re-instate my order! He did say that I will DEFINITELY get my order but CS has to re-submit it. WTF!!!! You better believe my a$$ got names and ID numbers. I BETTER GET MY DAMN STUFF!!!

Ok so I actually wasn't able to catch up to this thread (waaaay too many pages, you guys are chatty), but do I gather correctly that some orders got cancelled and some did not? That's just BS! Now MAC release dates are often not at the time they announce them so why they would cancel earlier orders is beyond me.
I obv don't have Heaux but based on swatches I see it's a cross between Nars Scarlett Impress l/s and Damned mvp. Those two are my most used Nars lipsticks. Nars Dragon Girl is a retro matte red on me, it actually looks exactly like Ruby Woo on my lips, except the texture is far superior.
