Not I. I'll have to be absolutely amazed by something to deal with this collection again. I'm not interested in the packaging so that won't sway me. I really never planned on ordering during the fall release anyway but right now I'm still a little to bitter to consider it. Plenty of time to kiss and make up with MAC but I want flowers and a pretty awesome gift to even consider it lol

Well, I tried to get caught up on this thread, but 2300 unread posts since last night is....intimidating, to say the least!

I ordered last night at 6:30pm PST for 1 Heaux and of course it got canceled. Fine, MAC, cancel my one lipstick. I made up for it today "post-launch" by getting the lustre drops, 2 Heaux, 1 Riri Woo and 1 Riri Boy between 3 orders. Riri Woo was a grand finale order and the checkout time was pretty fast - about 5 minutes or less. The first order of Heaux and the lustre drops took over 2 fricken hours! I was lucky my iphone didn't drain its battery on me, and that the page continued to load even though the lock screen showed up. I was also at work so thank goodness I had something else to do besides sit and watch the mind-numbing page refreshes. I just periodically opened my phone up to check and see if it took me to the shopping basket screen. My second order took a brisk 40 minutes to complete.

I don't "mind" the waiting room nonsense, but it would be nice if the kinks were worked out. I understand the purpose of it, but it's definitely more randomized than sequential. Although, if MAC did this for EVERY launch, I'm pretty sure I'd pack up my traincase and move it to other brands, asap.

I feel ya! My Hun ordered me two pair of heels from Zara to cheer me up. It worked a lil bit lol

Lol flowers an awesome gift and chocolates would be lovely! I think Mac needs to take us on a date or something! Lol

Oh I know the feeling!!! Only haven't had to deal with walls yet... but re-carpeting my sons bedroom is on the summer "to do" list thanks to his little overnight guests and their incessant snacking accidents! I'm wondering how I will survive myself! He'll be driving in a few years and then I'll REALLY be in trouble!

Honestly today was HELL for me! I live in CANADA and I had my Macbook, Desktop Computer, Iphone and Ipod all on and ready to order ... Right at 9:01 when I refreshed the page it wouldn't load, so I closed the browser .... and when I tried to re-open it, thats when this nightmare began. The website wouldnt even load. I finally got on about 15 minutes later and then had to wait in the waiting room for 1 hour and 40 minutes before my order was finally placed.

During that time my internet connection dropped, the screen went blank, it was freezing and pretty much driving me mental. I cant see why they do the online only collections, not only is it stressful for the customers but also for the people running the site. Everything was pure chaos.

I was so tempted lastnight to try and snag the collection early but I'm glad I held back ... as of now my order status is "pending" ... whatever that means.


But with this all said and done ....


Anyone know about the items for the Fall collection lol???

The first time around was a walk in the park in comparison. Moving on would be hard but so much less stressful!

So my boyfriend made his own account to stalk with me this morning & he never got passed the "waiting room" & he ended up getting kicked off the server multiple times. I just logged onto his account and all the lipsticks he put in there are all in the cart. Oh well, at least I was able to go through!
