RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

On a lighter note: I'm looking forward to people getting their RIRI items so we can start to see some pics of specktra users wearing them!
I don't think I'll be buying anything but it's nice to see the collection, as it will never be in stores!

I dont have it but based on the pic and swatches we have seen of HK, Im really disappointed in that blush duo compact. It is nowehere near friendly for darker WOC. Even if they had to, they should have made two compacts.. one suitable for lighter skintones and one suitable for darker skintones.

This would have been great.

Lets be honest guys, yes she told, but do you think a MILLION Billion matter of fact, dollar corporation wouldnt have known? When they started to ship out they would have known the dates and time....your order numbers arent just numbers, they are shipped out in order... No need to blame her or for her to blame herself...

Hmmm I don't think we were blaming here per say but u do need to use some common sense why call mac and bring attention to specktra like that.right after some people were calling everything got shut down.orders started getting cancelled it was crazy.i am a very fair person I think if her intentions were good then she should of stay around and explain what she really was trying to do.i don't like messy people I don't like Any drama I hate when people start arguing. I say if she is reading come back dont call mac about whats going on here. And we be all good

I agree with this. I understand that some people get them for others, but deep down, we are still ordering more than one and we all know that MAC is very tight with quantities. I wouldn't feel right getting more than one, knowing someone else might be left without the chance!  In an ideal world MAC would make as many as needed or change their ways, but it doesn't seem like they will. From what I've been reading from most of the posts on this thread A LOT of people ordered more than one of each. MAC didn't handle it well but I think it was honourable of them to try and limit to one per person. I don't think we should criticize that if we then go and buy multiples when we know stock is limited. If someone has a friend who needs another one they should order with a different card and address, problem solved.  Deep down we're all guitly of a little greediness!

[COLOR=EE82EE]Hi ladies, I placed an order pre-launch (about 12am-1am or so? I really can't remember but it was around that time) and received my order today. (What happened to orders placed before launch would be canceled?) Anywho, I contacted customer service around 3pm (launch day) saying I wanted to cancel my order (pre-launch order) because the hectic waiting room was just ridiculous. Sat there for 3 hours with no luck thinking that if I got an order post-launch then I can cancel the first order. Turns out, I had no luck with the waiting room and just contacted CS to cancel everything. (because it was going to be canceled anyways) but now I have a package and yes its unopened! (thats how annoyed I am with mac!!)... I gotta go out of my way now to return the item cause I really don't care for it anymore! And I asked to cancel it but I guess they processed the order before they received my request. Was lightning fast shipping though! Anywho, I will stay away from mac for now. I might regret returning the items lol but I really am not happy with mac right now. It left a sour taste in my mouth. Good luck everyone with their orders![/COLOR]

I got my lipsticks today and did FOTD's with them, swatches and everything. I will post my review of Heaux tomorrow! Sometimes I write the name of the shade on my pics, but not this time, I don't want to write ' MAC Heaux' on my face. hahaha

Diva is more brown than Heaux, I want to say significantly, but I don't own diva, my friend does

Well Of course it's not verbatim but in the list of colors Mac has to compare Heaux to the perms id say from the swatches I have seen it looks like Rebel and Diva had a baby. On me, diva is like a deep cherry. On Erin Scandalous swatch that's what it reminded me of and we are close in color. So maybe for those lighter than me it will not look the same
