So MAC's still holding my $50 hostage after 1-they sent a a backorder email for 2 lipsticks and supposedly don't charge until backorders ship, 2-I called this afternoon and cancelled the entire order. At most they should have taken $18 for the one thing that wasn't backordered.

I last looked at this forum at page 222. Now its at 253. Wow! I can't keep up. OAN my 3rd order shipped after they canceled my first two orders. I'm thankful I don't have the horror stories that some have had with this whole riri launch.

hello ladies just wondering if there's anyone in canada who ordered after the 'official' launch, whose order still shows up as pending?  my order is still pending, and i'm not sure if it's going to be filled, cancelled, or if it's just forgotten!!!

Hey, I just received shipping confirmation a couple hours ago for an order I placed at about 2 yesterday afternoon. On Mac site it still says pending though. I'm thinking they're scrambling and things aren't going smoothly. Cranky edit: Just noticed the confirmation I received was for my illegal order that I had already received a confirmation for yesterday. My "legit" order hasn't moved. I'll be calling tomorrow.

Good thing I have been on vacation this drama from mac was something else.i know many people will have there orders today.hoping to see swatches I doubt mines will be here today. I got my package at 1 or so today, and only got my shipping NOTICE at about 11 pm, I would call MAC to ask for a status update, I did this morning and they gave me the tracking number!

My kids' school is about a 7 min walk from 4th Street. I'm in that store quite a bit especially when I have to wait for them to finish their after school activities.

I just checked the status of my pending orders, and all but one have been canceled. These were legit orders, too. Now I'm pissed!

And I was assured by the CS rep I spoke to yesterday that if I resubmitted my orders to replace the other legit orders that were also canceled (and bring me back to my max limit of 4 separate orders), they would be fine.

I have little hope that this will be fixed, but I'm going to try.

Wow. That is a very nice sizeable collection of Revlon lippies. I think I only have like 4 or 5.

Wow... It's not even suprising unfortunately... Mac can't get it together. I hope they get this fixed!

I just got off the phone with CS after a 15 minute wait. One of mine is still in pending limbo but I was assured that it is going to ship.

I know, so hard to trust them at this point. So there is hope yours will ship too.

She also told me there were 'NOTES' in my account

I'm sure there is & prolly not love notes either

lol @ notes.. reminds me of the time I wanted to renew my cell contract per L&R's "great" offer and I told them to put it in writing on my account and that im going to think abt it and call back..well when i called back to go ahead and accept the offer, guess what the csr advised it was an error and could not give me the offer..i was so pissed at their lies and rudeness. later when I calmed down I called csr again to see if the prev rep made and error reading the notes, well this2nd csr didn't have an answer and offered to call back with explanation.. obviously 3 hrs later didn't hear back so when I called yet again the next csr told me there were "notes" on my file and a red flag.. all coz I called 3 times in the same day so they marked me as a "problem customer" to warn the next csr incase I called again (he said he didn't understand why I wasn't yelling and sounded sweet enough and also he agreed with me that they f'd up). anywho Guess what I did. I switched the hell out that very moment, wrote a nice long email to HQ and a day later their managers where calling me up to apologize and offer "better" deals. I gave them a good piece of my mind and said hell no u aint getting my business ever. and that's exactly what I did.. so I completely understand shontay and other ladies saying they wont be buying mac again..actions likes these just leave a bad bad taste
