i saw where a girl got hers and she was in Puerto Rico and she hadn't said anything about any lipsticks issues either. again i just think they had defective and didn't care to remove them or check them good due to them probably having a deadline to get them out.

I agree a bit. It's one thing to launch it early and realize that and try to cancel orders. But to 1. Not tell people their orders are cancelled thru email 2. Then blame them for accessing the illegal site 3. Then cancel post-launch orders (and not tell them) 4. While allowing pre-midnight orders to go thru 5. Then not tell them why when THEY contact YOU 6. And then say they ordered over the limit when they didn't 7. Then say well it SHOULD'VE been one per account, not 1 per order, when the site clearly states per order 8. And now you cancel new orders that are placed after improper cancellations 9. And now your site lets you order 4 per order after the whole circus of only allowing one. :jerkit:

Sometimes...seeing post after post of issues and complaints may be a sign that the problem really is MAC and not just general hating just to be hating. I get your point but you have to understand that regardless of if some people will complain yet still purchase from MAC if they are complaining about legitimate issues and not just some general vague "I'm sick of MAC and I just might stop buying from them....after I buy some more from them"...their complaints are likely warranted. Trust...I get a little tired of seeing people complain about the crazy LE release rat race yet they lead the race every time and have been doing it for years lol. I don't really bother saying anything because it becomes comical but yeah...that gets old real quick when someone swears they are done and won't admit that they secretly love the whole chaotic mess lol.

I just can't see there being 4 or 5 broken lipsticks on one board cuz of the weather. I'm terrified to even get mine...if ever lol...MAC seems to be holding them hostage ...,

Wow. I think you are taking this way too seriously. This is a forum, we should be allowed to complain, thank people for their swatches, share our experience etc. There is no "pack" or "gang" here. We all have opinions and will share them if we agree or disagree. Sometimes it just happens that many will disagree. It is what it is.

I think if you're tired reading negative posts then you might wanna stay away from this thread. LOL! Seriously. People are being directed to put swatches in the swatches thread so if it's swatches you're looking for, you might just wanna go over there and just skip this thread altogether, because as long as people are still waiting for backorders, waiting for refunds, waiting for customer service call backs, receiving broken lipsticks, there WILL be complaints and negative posts.

Lol the illegal site.... Bunch of hackers specktra is! I've never had an issue with MAC till now. I always stay up and stalk for my collection and never have a problem with broken products or accessing products early. This was the first time i've had to deal with CS and im not happy MACs trying to discipline me like a child, giving me lectures and all. I will say I will not take part of another waiting room, only only release from MAC. It's been a nightmare.

But seriously...if having differing opinions and not being afraid to state them and carry on a back and forth debate about them is enough to run someone off then honestly...it's probably for the best anyway.
