Damnit i just lost all my quotes! Let's see if i can remember them. Studio tech is not a cream-to-powder foundation. It's a cream foundation and it stays cream. It does not dry down to a powder, even tho powder is one of the key ingredients in it. I would most definitely not recommend using the 159 for bronzer, unless you want 80's stripes on your face. The best brushes for bronzer are the 150 and the 187. Yes, the brushes are perm. guess it wasn't as many quotes as i thought :lol:

From a Korean mac blog. Swatches of Adored, Caribbean, Sweet Samba, Devine Choice, and Calypso Beat. The swatches are 1.) lighter color, 2.) darker, more prevalent color, 3.) all colors swirled together. Hope this helps!

Out of the permanent brushes, I would recommend the 217 for a sheer wash of colour. I use it on my lazy days when I use only one lid colour and a bit of crease contour. If you can still get hold of 234 which is the split-fibre limited edition cousin of the 217 (natural hair), I would definitely get that because it's one side synthetic and one side natural so you can use it even for cream products.

If you want to apply your eyeshadows in a more pigmented manner by patting them on, I would go for the 239 though.

For MES, I like the 286 for a sheer application without fall outs.

I bought Fever Isle, the 159 brush, and then added some other perm products I had been wanting to get. I don't know why I couldn't pull the trigger on Narcissus. I still have some left and I love it, so not sure. I might pick up in stores later on.

Oh ok. Glad they look different on you. They look similar on me for some reason. It must be the undertone of my lips.

Thats good to know the brushes are perm but Im still glad I just went ahead and bought 2 now... because Im slow when it comes to buying BU brushes. I want to get another 239, 217 and the 252 as BUs but I always put it off.

THANK YOU! When I saw it sold out on MAC I hightailed it over there and immediately sulked when the collection wasn't even on the Nordies site. If you hadn't have said it was there, I'd have missed it, because I didn't even think to scroll through the liners to check the shades.
