I'm so sad my order is still BO I got my RiRi Woo Tuesday and it was super hot and almost melted I put it in the fridge right away but there was some white (wax I'm assuming) in the lettering and on the tip! Praying heaux and riri boy get here in one (unmelted!) piece but its been so hot here that I doubt it

Well, well, well, I got an email from MAC stating that they will be shipping backorders & shipping them SOONER than expected :flower: "We appreciate your understanding that we have done everything possible to expedite the shipment of the additional quantities of Heaux and RiRi Boy lipsticks to our fulfillment facility so your backorder can be shipped as soon as possible. I am pleased to let you know that we expect to be able to ship your backordered items sooner than expected." They also asked for the link & site name that it was posted on - neither of which will be given by me. :amused:

I can't believe they want you to snitch! On another note I am super excited that they are shipping BO early!

My backorder now says pending!!ompom:

I am really digging my Lustre Drops! I had never used a liquid highlighter before, but I'm sold! Its such a beautiful rosy color, and the texture seems to be just right. Still on the fence about the blush/bronzer duo. I've only used it a couple of times so far, and it wasn't that bad on me. We shall see!

I'm crossing my fingers that the "new" batch of lipsticks have better quality control...and that there's plenty to reimburse customers who received damaged lipsticks! I actually think it's right for the customers who got melted/broken lipsticks to have their orders fixed and replaced before back orders are sent. It wouldn't be right to have the back ordered lipsticks to be perfect and not damaged, while the initial customers are left with the damaged lipsticks.

My orders say pending as well...but I won't get too excited bc 1. LAST time I got a CONFIRMATION number and my order STILL got cancelled...so until I have my lipsticks in my hand, safe with NO gross gunk on them...I will remain nonchalant...especially since no one from customer service has gotten back to me from Friday...

I almost cancelled as well. I hope it ships tomorrow. It's so lame waiting considering I was on the site 20 mins before launch and for about 3 hours afterward.
