This was on one of my lipsticks too. when i touched it, it just felt like Vaseline! i wonder still what it isMy RRW BU arrived yesterday. I thought I'd take a peek BEFORE I put it in the fridge. I was like, "Please don't be broken! Please don't be broken! Please don't be broken!" and it wasn't... but it arrived with a thick white waxy coat on the side. My Oh, Oh, Oh BU was perfectly fine though, so I'm guessing it's the formula? I'm a bit behind on this thread again, but from what I've read so far, I'm not the only one who received a lipstick like this. It looks like some kind of wax or grease?

I love pigments and probably have way more than I should, in terms of how often I use them. I ordered the Naked Deep Dark and I hope it's not too dark for me. It just shipped today so I guess I'll know soon enough.

Couldn't agree more! Add to that---the info was available to the extent that a tech savvy 9 year old could have accessed it with relative ease. StopHave heart my dear!
yeah right, that will never happen from me. Its still irrelevant to the issues on their side including wax lipsticks & servers that didn't hold the load

I have more new jars than old and it hasn't been an issue. I Just have to be mindful of what I'm doing when I close them.

They're the only things that I've tried from this collection and i LOVE them. I have both Sun Rush & Pink Rebel but I'm enjoying these more right now.
I transfer my pigments in the Mac Stackable Travel Jars (those containers that the CMP come in) . . . I like those containers better because I can get the product out easier. Plus I B2M the pigment jars
