Yes, and my friend laughed when i mentioned the BE brush! :lol: We don't need to call, that's the thing! The BOs said they'd ship mid July. Last i checked, the calendar said today is July 3rd. I get this collection has been a hot mess, but people just need to chill, and let the pending status pend for a few more days. If, by mid July, orders haven't arrived, then people should call. It's not the heat. It's a production issue. The shininess you saw was the wax that covering this formula, that too, is a production issue.
I agree that's why I am not calling! I will wait til mod July.
Oh, MAC just shipped me another RRB :cheer: :haha:
Yay!!! Can't wait to get ND & NDD! I just have to decide if I want to order those on Friday or the Dior blush!

Now take a matching navy shadow and blend it into the entire crease and smudge both the liner and shadow on the bottom lashline. Lots and lots of mascara! Neural mauve blush and a neutral lip like VG V!

It reminds me of old skool mac, with blu noir shadow. Why can't they bring back the old colours like blue noir, femme noir, velvet moss, mink pink, dove feather, tempt me & tease me quads... Old skool mac was sooo much better!

But she worked for them? That is ridiculous and hilarious at the same time. I already purchased a replacement brush for my daughter. Poor thing was trying to use the split V brush for a good 6 months.
She couldn't, cuz there's no possible way to use it! I get the theory behind it, but you can't load it up properly. Same retarded nonsense as those lid/crease/brow shadow sponges from one of the drugstore brands. It's a gimmick that's just a way to try a make money

My order came in tact. Boy had just a bit of that waxy goop at the top but came off easily when I touched so I am gonna wipe that bad boy down. I'll try them on tomorrow since I'm off. I wore RRW today (of course in honor of today's delivery) so I'm sure thatll alter the coloring.

finally my goodies came!!! (not the blush yet. they are really stalling on that one lol) 2 packages came today so in total i have 2 riri boys 2 heaux and a riri woo and they ALL came perfect. no melting, no white gunk, no cracks. just perfect. i guess i got really lucky. my sisters lipsticks came today also and they were perfect as well

My story for the day... Three backorders of RiRi Boy and Heaux shipped on the 29th, and were scheduled for early delivery on today. I received a UPS notification saying all three packages were delivered at 4:30pm and left at my front door. I get home from work at 6:00pm... NO PACKAGES. I call UPS CS and cuss them out, then called MAC CS and cussed them out! Since my packages were delivered early and MAC has to give UPS 7 full business days before they will file a claim, I can't call MAC CS back until NEXT THURSDAY for any kind of resolution. And even then I'm sure I have to wait ANOTHER 7 business days before a refund can be issued. Via PayPal no less, which will probably take even longer!! Fck RiRi and fck MAC. I'm not ordering shit else from MAC online ever again. I already have a box that is on the way back to them, full of MELTED LIPSTICKS!!! *takes sip of crown royal*

I just got shipping confirmation for another RRB. I was just saying I was gonna cancel this order too but glad I have a BU now. I'll be wearing the hell out of it. UTA is one of my faves so I'm sure I'll love it

So how about this for a problem.
My package was shipped on the 30th of June.
July 1st package arrives at the facility in KY.
Has not moved since then, the delivery is set for Monday.
I at first didn't think anything of it, but forgot about the four day weekend.
I contacted UPS because sometimes they don't update the page I can view and in their system is has moved and such. (Happened to My sister with a package from Lancome)
She informs me that the package has infact not moved from its origin scan.
Also furthermore will more than likely change the delivery date to a later time because there is nothing they can do to help.
This order contains my Heaux. I only ordered one very very worried!

I agree. I had an order cancelled and my sister had 3 cancelled, none of which we received an cancellation email for. If they send out an confirmation email, they need to send out a cancellation email as well, regardless of the cancellation reasoning. It's just poor customer service and poor business practice, plain and simple.
I'm sorry to hear that you experienced cancellations as well. I definitely agree that it is a poor business practice to not send a notification to the customer to let them know that they're order was cancelled, especially for limited edition products. After placing all of my orders, I felt the need to have to check their statuses all day to see if they would be cancelled or go through, whereas other companies just send out an email. I ended up placing my last order shortly before the item sold out. Had I been waiting to hear from them and not been checking the status like a maniac, I definetely would have missed out on my Heaux BU.

Yeah. Unfortunately some companies come out with gimmicky items. Mac did it with tons, but one than comes to mind is the mist blushes and foundations, spray blushes and foundations in a can, that you can't spray on. Lame.
