This is exactly what I was thinking. I took my petticoat to the store to swatch them side by side also but someone stole the lust tester and they wouldn't put out another one

If you can find one with a good amount of pink it's worth the purchase. I really love Rio and I'm NC15. It's a bronzy blush for me. The pink helps it look more natural than a brown bronzer. It reminds me of the Guerlain Nude bronzer, which also has a pink part in it. It's not the same colour, but it has a similar effect minus the shimmer/sheen.
I couldn't agree more !!! I just tried Rio today and I was scared of the large brown part (I ordered online so couldn't pick and am very fair) but correctly blended it looks amazing !!! My husband told me I looked very nice and healthy when he saw me, not knowing I had a new blush on

You're welcome!

I started frequenting specktra because everytime some new product is out in a new collection, I'm always curious to know if anything I have resembles it. I've therefore been able to stop myself from buying some stuff I didn't need thanks to comparison swatches/posts by other members, and I'm really happy that I was able to do the same for you guys in return. I personally feel that MAC is the kind of brand where everything is so exciting when you first get into it, but once you have been a faithful follower for a year or two, you pretty much already own 90% of whatever they can come up with. Back between 2008-2010, I was there pretty much every month (if not every week...) and my collection grew exponentially. One day, I made a list and realised that I had more BNIB lipsticks than I will ever need in my entire life, and among these, I could easily find dupes of new stuff and it helped me cut back big time. Now, it's only really exceptional items that I bring home with me.

:agree: The next few months are so boring, I'm gonna skip at least 10 collections.

Awesome! I plan to head Orlando at the end of the month so I hope a few are there for me to pick up!
Just so you know, the Vineland CCO no longer has either MSF's (Stereo Rose & Gold Deposit). I went today to take a look- the only MSF left was Lightscapade

I haven't had any reactions to MSFs but your reaction could be due to recent increased use of primer OR MSF.  I would recommend stopping them one at a time to see who the culprit is.  If you want to keep using the MSF stop the primer first for a few weeks and if your skin condition doesn't improve you will have to stop using the MSF, or using the MSF less frequently if your skin was ok with less frequent usage prior.   HTH
Is the primer a completely new addition to your makeup routine? And the MSF is just an increase? If so, it sounds like the primer is the culprit, and not the MSF. I'd ditch the primer first and see if if still happens with the MSF. If it does, then switch and see what happens.
Thanks ladies, I'm hoping it is the primer. I'd much rather ditch one invisible product than 10 beautiful ones!

Hey all, I just wanted to share what I got from this collection from my sweet boyfriend on Friday  I loveee my goodies, I'm so impressed at what he picked out. Simmer is my favorite from this collection!

I finally got my order and I don't know where to start. I think Simmer is different from anything else I own. I don't have Ring of Saturn. Now what to pair it with? Maybe with Silver Birch MES?
