Ah you mean the Rouge G L'Extrait liquid lipsticks? I'm interested in those as well lol

I really like Orgueil and Gourmandise from the swatches i've seen. Which one do you have? And yes Guerlain's fall collection this year is just stunning, can't wait to get my hands on the Madame Rougit blush and the lipsticks

I have Luxure ( OMG what a name lol ), number M27. It's a beautiful and intense red. It's a semi-liquid formula, so pigmented that it's somewhat difficult to remove ( I received my UD ones 69 and F-Bomb, they are really hard to remove even with a harsh eye/lips makeup remover, great formula ! ).
I need ( ? well yes ! ) the blush too

Yes, that's right, I did a blog post on them ages ago. No, I don't own any Tom Ford lipsticks, sorry.

Thanks so much!! I could've sworn I saw your blog post from ages ago on all the rouge Gs you have.
Do you by any chance have tom ford aphrodisiac?

I've been scared to try the Extrait formula, because I was worried about it being drying. I don't care for liquid lipsticks as a rule, because I find most of them do dry my lips. The Chanel Rouge Allure Laque ones were OK, but really more like a heavy gloss, since they don't really set. I did like the Armani ones that came out late last year. Again, they don't quite set so they aren't very drying. The Guerlain ones are so pricey that I'm always afraid of making a mistake. But I was tempted (so to speak) by Luxure and Orgueuil.

Here you go, Madame Flirte on the left, Rouge Sensuel on the right. First photo without flash, second with it. They do look quite different in the tube, but swatch really similarly. Hope this helps.

The other way around in the tube, RS on the left, MF on the right.

Any chance of seeing Madame Flirte with Rouge Sensuel if you have them? You're now the official Rouge G Guru...

I'm not a big fan of the Extrait formula, it feels quite tacky and not that comfortable. I'm generally not a massive fan of liquid lipsticks like you, Katred, I'd rather use normal lipsticks and/or gloss. That said, I've hardly worn any glosses lately which is ridiculous considering how many I own...

But at least I've only bought 4 glosses this year and they were all with nail polish (Butter London sets), so that okay I guess...

Yes it's drying but pigments are just great ! I have only this one ( no other Rouge G so far ), I chose Luxure because it's a gorgeous red shade. This month I purchased 2 Bare minerals Moxie, 2 UD lipsticks, 1 Mineralize from Mac ( Everyday Diva ), 1 Nars semi-matte and 4 drugstore or low cost lipsticks which are very good too, all of them are red, it's really a colour I worship even if I do love other colours such as fuchsia, pink, plum etc...
Luxure ( so to speak lol ) is beautiful but definitely a drying formula.

Thanks very much. Now I'm wondering whether or not I need Flirte. I have Rouge Sensuel, but I also really like it and, of course, it was limited. Let's put it this way: It's slipped a little down the must-have list, since I know I have something similar, but that doesn't mean I won't buy it all the same.

Reds and deep berry shades are magnets for me. I find it very difficult to turn any of them down.

Just FYI, all of the lipsticks appear to be sold out at Neiman Marcus (as well as the powder)! So, if you're thinking about getting them somewhere else, act fact! After seeing the comparisons, that confirms my suspicion that I don't really need Flirte. It's pretty but there are too many others on my list to get one that is so similar to something else that I already have!

Try escentual.com for Guerlain they sell at 10% off the normal UK prices and they should ship to you in Belgium. It'll say on the bottom of the item pages if they don't ship that product outside of the UK.

I love Orgueil. It's the perfect colour for winter. The formula is a bit weird, I hear it sets but on me it doesn't seem to fully set so I do get some transfer, my ex didn't really like that hah. Perhaps that's just down to me using too much or just not taking the time to blot and layer it. When I use it next I'll experiment.

Madame Batifole and Gigolo are imo definitely different enough to own both, and since i don't own Rouge Sensuel Madame Flirte is still on my wishlist as well.

I already asked my store to notify me by phone when the Guerlain collection arrives, so i guess the nice thing to do is to wait till i hear from them :) But very useful for the future, will definitely take a peek there when the holiday collections release.

The fall collection went on display at The Bay today. I got the last two items I wanted -- Madame Batifole nail lacquer and the Madame Fascine lipgloss.

In the bottle, the nail polish looks like a deep magenta. On my nails it just looks like a dark red, which is OK, but I really wanted more of a magenta shade.

Woohoo! I've managed to win the holiday Rouge G on eBay (and for only £22.52!), hopefully I'll receive it soon and I can do comparison swatches. There was also a listing for the Crazy Pearls, but they went for £60 and that's just insane. I'll buy them when they are available at the counter for more like £35...
