would you say that camel coat is more of a taupeish colour? i want a paint pot that's straight up grey !

Yes, I thing Camel Coat is a really cool toned greyish brown, a taupe, but -on me at least- it is not grey, it is definetly a taupe brown.

I don't know that one, so I googled it. CC seems a bit cooler to me, but they are similar.

Im really disappointed in camel coat. I thought it was gonna be a version of soft ochre for dark skin Hmmm, I don't like that at all - it does look like cement on the lids

I'm not sure however, that the shade is color correct in those pics. It looks much more slight caramel beige in the other pics I've seen.

Lmaooo @ ashy cement. Thats how it looks like! But it so off because in the pot it looks different when swatched! But idk because all these swatches we've seen on very light skin.

I kinda like that look. I want one in a slightly grayish neutral so colorwise it looks pretty good to me in those pics. But the finish... I don't know. On young lids that flat matte texture might work, on maturing skin I think this could be unflattering. A little sheen in it would have been nice.

The more swatches I see of all the shades, the more confused I am, because they look different in pretty much every swatch I've seen so far. I feel like it's a bit of a gamble to order these online, cause I have no idea how they will pull on my skintone.

Layin Low looks the way I imagined Camel Coat would. CC has no warmth.

Unfortunately I don't have Groundwork to make the comparison. I'm also now thinking I probably should've gotten Layin Low. If I don't like CC, I'll likely go for Layin Low. Even if I like CC I'll probably still get Layin Low.

I love this color! If there's a paint pot that can give me this look, I want it! I was hoping for Taylor gray to be like this or slightly darker (or a purple gray)

Allura beauty swatches make me think layin low is a better pick if i want a neutral eye...
