Not sure which trend I find more abhorrent: twerking or selfies. We must be getting old because clearly we don't get fashion or music. I'm still revolting from the ass sagging trend and underwear "cleavage"

I love selfies. I'm vain and I don't make excuses for that. However, I am amused by people who haven't learned how not to get the camera or phone in the shot with them and people who actually take photos with their iPad and it ends up in the shot. The Miley issue is a different can of worms. I find what she's doing ignorant, offensive and exploitative.

twerking has been around for years lol ... music just seemed to finally call it a name and i hope i dont offend anyone but anytime a person who isnt black or "urban" does any of these urban dance moves, or urban styles its like a whole big issue years after its been around. i really hate that. I know right! It's all good fun, but someone always have to turn it bad. Plus more than half the people doing it these days don't know how to twerk. Most of them just move their backside and be like look ma I'm twerking lol no ma'am. People need to watch those two girls on youtube instead of Miley. They really show the art of moving your butt only.

I had like no booty but I've been doing weighted squats for 2 years and I'm able to squat 110 pounds free weight and 140 on the squat machine so now that i can control my booty i be twerking at home to my 'stripper music' which i call anything I can imagine at the strip club lmaoooo

Ugh! I have an "acquaintance" if you will, a former customer of mine, who constantly takes selfies, in the exact same position, with the exact same expression, and uploads them on FB and IG. That's all her pics are. The only thing that differs on them are her clothes, and even then there are similarities! It's so annoying! I will give her credit tho that she manages to keep the phone out of the pic tho. But she still does the duck lips! :rolleyes:

Selfies are a way to keep track of my makeup or hair. I look back at some selfies and go what was I thinking? They're mostly for myself and I only use one for a profile pic on a site. One time a friend asked me to send him one and it was like he asked me for a kidney. I'm vain, but shy. How does that work? The duck lips are terrible and sometimes I do it to be silly, but for some people it's instinctual. Maybe they don't realize how they look. :dunno:

Oh i completely get it if it's for makeup/hair reasons! No question! But literally, she changes her FB profile pic every other day, I'm not exaggerating, to a new and different pic, but it's the exact same pose! And the only makeup she wears is foundation and mascara. So it's not for makeup reasons. I honestly don't think she realizes how rediculous she looks. Maybe she doesn't have any friends who are honest enough to tell her :dunno:

I agree. I used to always booty dance, twerk, whatever the hell you want to call it when I was young too. Now all of the sudden one ex Disney star does it on TV and the whole world is acting like its a horrible sin. Dancing like that has been around for years and its not going anywhere. I agree that the twerking around the mall, gas stations etc. is a bit ridiculous though. If you "twerk" in the right places and do it right go head with your bad self! Who cares what people think. I'm sure your man loves it ;)

I don't think it is. Its not listed in the collection info in the update book. Plus it seems to be an add-on, as it's the only one with no special packaging and no higher pricing. :hmm:
