Seriously..There seems to be no order with the waiting room because people (including me) were waiting from 12 for 2+hours to checkout and there were others who got in the waiting room around 1 or so who checked out within like 15-30 minutes. No sense at all!

The waiting room automatically refreshes the page for you. It says not to do it yourself although I accidentally did it once and it didn't seem to affect things for me. I still waited around another 15 min to check out after that accidental click and after having already logged 90 min of wait time. It is the most ridiculous online purchasing system I've seen. It ranks up there with the futility/frustration of trying to buy tickets to a Mumford & Sons concert.

I have to wait to go in stores my list has changed so much but I'm going to try and get the blush and TTT. As a bu plan I also want the ccb nude n gloss. I kno I can't get it all tho at least not this week! But at least I have options lol And I'm kinda hoping that the holiday collection will repromote the blush duo n diamonds so I can get them later lol

yeah and even if you do sign up for there " updates " i always get notified that its online hours after ive placed my order so that system is just a bunch of bull

Hi guys I'm new to Specktra but love seeing all the posts about the RiRi collection. I was only lucky to snag the BGGG blush & Diamonds Cream Colour Base... I hope tomorrow the MAC online store isn't as crazy as the Summer Collection.

Thanks for the welcome guys! Honestly for the Summer Collection I only had a 15 min wait but like as soon as 12:00 PM hit i refreshed that page so fast and placed my orders...

Have you guys try the riri heart mac fall i got some of the collection on the 18th from my friend since she got it in early and i loce it the her cocoa pallete is the best out of the two quads and love ttt lippy and liner last forever diamonds cream base great i didnt get the mascara dont want that liner is great dont like the brush though need to use a diff liner brush and i didnt get brow pencil tommorow i will get brushes if any of u ladies want to buy authentic mac rare and popular let me know my friend has aloooooot she sells off

I still haven't gotten my Egift card from MAC in my e-mail and i'm planning to use it tomorrow...Does anyone have experience with how long it takes them to send an Egift card out?

So the site is going slow, and yesterday I could type in TTT and get sent to RRW's page but now it sends me back to the homepage. They must be doing something.
