After clicking on Shop Collection you get a "Waiting to Shop" message and the page will refresh itself every 30-60 seconds until you get into the actual online store.

It used to be but it's discontinued it was a little lighter than Cork so if your looking for something similar you can try Cork I know that's still available.

If you're on your iPad, you may not see anything but the screen flashing. If you're on a computer and you don't see quotes and the makeup pics I'd say refresh because something didn't load properly. I'd hate for you to be waiting & your page froze before it put you in a waiting room.

Just wait, it will refresh you into another "room" when it's your turn. Don't refresh or hit back or you will lose your place.

It doesn't really seem to matter about the order of people who lined up. Other posters have noted that during the Summer launch, some waited hours while others got through in minutes. Who knows what the rhyme and reason of the website program is?
