This is my first experience with this waiting room business and I can't even believe this is happening. I didn't even spend this much time on ticketmaster waiting for Prince tickets!!! And that's PRINCE!!! I just want two lipsticks and MAC got me sitting in a waiting room for like an hour. Good grief! The least they could do is tell you what number you are in line so you can like go pee if you need to go pee.

I finally got through on the laptop and I couldn't even add anything in my cart

Same here. That was around a half hour ago and I'm back to waiting in two different browsers. I gave up on my iPad. All of the flashing was bugging me.

ALRIGHT! checked out on the Canadian site using Safari. Chrome and IE are still refreshing. I put it all my cc info and clicked submit final order and it took forever but went to a white screen that said Gateway Timeout and I said out loud "Oh Hell No."

But I got the confirmation email, so something must have went right. Right??

Still nothing.

I swore no more MAC Online waiting room after RiRi Summer, but curiosity got the better of me:
30 mins on phone - 2 gateway timeouts and "page could not be loaded because server stopped responding"
40 mins on computer - have not gotten into waiting room.

I hauled everything I wanted in-store. TTT is a super high maintenance lipstick, but it's a stunning color. TTT l/l is great for creating crisp definition, but it does pill up and misbehave even over Prep + Prim so apply carefully. Diamonds is soft and subtle. Nice year-round product. Her Cocoa is wonderful in terms of quality, but we all already have colors like these. BGGG is smooth and can be sheered out w/o an orangey look, but it's not a must-have. RRW l/l is nice, but Cherry works just fine w/ RRW l/s. Good luck, ladies.

At least with the Summer Collection you were able to pick your items and just wait for it to go through the process of purchasing it

Yep, I'm out. I have an ophthalmologist appointment and now my eyes are all watery from looking at all these screens for almost an hour. Oops.

About to call my counters to make sure there's been no pre-ordering because I intend on being there bright and early and I'll be pissed if things sell out when I'm (hopefully) high up in line. >_>
