Finally! I was able to order HK, BGGG, Diamonds, Her Cocoa, WTC, RRW lipglass, the lip liners and brushes. Sucks that TTT and Nude are sold out. Hoping my SA will still be holding those for me on Thursday.

Just curious about this process, people who got to check out already, when did you get on the MAC site?

I got on the MAC site at 8:30 Pacific/11:30 Eastern Time, signed in... and waited... opened a new screen a few minutes past 9 Pacific/12 Eastern Time to get the refreshing screen... so depending on how one counts time, i've been here for about 3 hours, or 2 hours & 15 min. And still waiting...

ya it was crazy.. i just closed out of it and will have to try on thur hopefully they don't have that bs waiting room because I really want to get the few things that I didn't get last week

I don't get it....the computer I logged into first never did go through. My iphone made it through first, then my ipad, then my MAC using the Safari browser. Out of all of those, it still took me 1.5 hrs. I wish I had tried my iphone immediately because that was the fastest. Now I know for next time!

Once I was able to get through, Nude was sold out so I just said eff it, I'll just pick everything up at the counter.

This is driving me nuts. After I got in the waiting room at about 11:03, after about 15 minutes I was able to see all the products. I was too excited thinking oh hey, this wasn't all that long at all. I tried adding stuff to my cart but it just sat there. I, like a fool, refreshed the page since it was just sitting there. And now after 2 hours later, I'm still waiting. Now I'm on my laptop AND my phone. If my stuff sells out, I'll just be at a counter on Thursday morning.

Edited: Oh well, going back and reading posts it looks like the items I wanted (Nude and Diamonds) are already sold out. Well, I'm hitting the counter on Thursday morning.
