So a friend of mine posted her annoyance with MAC and this launch on FB. They had the nerve to type this response

Seriously. Good things happen to those who wait?! WHO SAYS THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. The audacity and arrogant sounding.

You can still get it at the other MAC stores like Bloomingdales, Dillard's, Nordies etc Wed/Thursday.

I don't know why I completely forgot this important point lol. It should be at enough places that I could still get everything I want. I had an appointment today for my daughter and took her to breakfast instead of hanging out in the waiting room. I figured I had missed my boat, but yeah a lot of other places will have it.

And it was nice having a little one on one time with my girl.

YEESS, the waiting room is terrible, I had anxiety all day at work. I don't think I accomplished anything!!

The .01 cent charge is probably them just checking to see if your card works, like a pre authorization. Lots of companies do this when you shop online. It should drop off in a few days.

Umm, MAC, the point is a bunch of us waited in the pre-waiting room for over an hour and still couldn't make our purchase. MAC can be so condescending.

Im so pissed. I was in the waiting room at 12:01.... waited til 2 freakin 30smile and ttt l/s was sold out. All i could get was the l/ p..... damn.....damn.....damn!!!!

I hope so. It was just weird that the .01 cents went through twice after they had already put through the full transaction amount. I've seen the .01 authorization from other companies before but usually they do that before the actual charge goes on.

Where they do that at? Wait for what? Another fiasco? First summer now this fall bullcrap. The nerve of them. And I was thinking at least with Archie they gave a free pin can I get a free mp3 download or something. Goodness mac. I'm disgusted all over again now.

I have a feeling they will restock again like the did with Summer and everyone will get their goodies. They should have just released this like any other damn collection. Either way it's going to sell out in 1-2 hours why make people go through so much frustration!

Its happening to me too! Weird, never happened to me before with mac

Yeah that's almost always a baby's first word. Babies can't yet form the "m" sound, so it doesn't mean anything. Everything is "dadda".

The whole waiting room situation made me MAD. Fortunately, with the exception of CCB, I got what I wanted. I just don't know how I feel about it all, tbh.

My daughter's first word was 'Sa-sa'. Took us a bit to realize it was Sasha (the cat). Showed us our place in her hierarchy.

I'm pretty sure she's talking about the American site cos ain't shit changed for Canada.

BUT at least there's no more waiting room! One click and you can pick... from what's left.
