I don't think those ever sold out though. Did they?

I see the Her Cocoa quad is now gone but the quads had been available as long as I was able to see them.
Oh sorry..You might be right.. I've had such an ordeal with this.. They showed sold out for me at one point this morning.. What a debacle..

The Riri Woo showed OOS for me earlier too but now it is in stock.

I got caught in the wonky check out ordeal with hibicus in my cart but couldn't check out.

I was getting mad at MAC for not manufacturing more - they had to know the demand would be high, but I saw someone on twitter saying they were just buying to re-sell on ebay.. so maybe that's why it sold out so quick.

I'm sure they'll restock but I'm not gonna stress over it. I would love a TTT & Nude BU but I'm not going to loose sleep over it. I got HK & I'm hoping it'll look good on my skin tone, that was the one thing I was sad I missed in the summer collection. With all that said if I happen to come across it online at macys or nordies I will for sure get them :) Why do I have to love makeup so much!?!?

LOL! MAC could be a little more professional. Who do they think they are to tell their customers to be patient. We were patient in the waiting room for hours. It's not our fault their site was messing up yet again. Sure patience is important, but so is having a website that can function properly when you're a business as big as MAC is and you have a collection as big as this launching. Come on now. Don't preach to us.

With the summer collection I wasn't pleased with the way they handled things...but I stayed quiet. I just wrote them an e-mail letting them know how upset this made me, not like it will make a difference. But I'm happy to add another complaint to their inbox right now.
The thing that makes me mad is that they clearly were not going by "first come, first serve".. I've been geared up since last night and was on point this morning -- refreshed and in the waiting room almost right away.. then started reading here that people were getting through on certain devices faster than the other devices.

So I opened the site in a second browser (firefox) and started waiting at about 12:15pm on that browser.. yet I got into the shopping area about 45 minutes quicker on firefox than the original browser I opened at 12pm on the dot.. So I am sure people who logged on way after me - got in the shopping area sooner.. That's not right.. :-(

Hi girls i need some HELPI loved the colection of Rihanna and facilitate things bought an eGift CARD worth $ 150, but at the time I thought I had activated the eGift but actually was passing my card again.You know how I can cancel it online? If it is not possible to cancel it, would like to know the step by step to use it. Thanks

OMG So I go back to the mac page & it shows everything as in stock - I add some items to my cart & go to check out & THEN it says its sold out

I saw NO sold out & it let me add the item to my cart. geesh

I unknowingly had my data on while waiting for my appointment, so when I checked Safari at around 1:30 I'd actually made it out of the waiting room. Of course I couldn't add anything to my cart, so I just gave up.

Now I've called my local counters and am getting a bunch of different stories. They're all saying no pre-sales, so I'm going to have to see if I can even drive up there on Thursday morning. One counter is saying the line won't matter and that it's first come, first serve which WTF. Another one is saying that they're going to make a line and give out numbers, so I asked if I could call back on Weds. to find out if that's the plan, and she said they're deciding the day of. >_>

I guess I have two days to decide if I even want to go through all this trouble for this stuff. I've been thinking about it for a while, and TBH, the answer has been leaning towards "No."

I have 2 desktop browsers and my mobile phone loaded up. The one I opened LAST was the one that got in. I don't think it's first served...

Well aint that just lovely. WHO waits in a store for an hour & a half at say Dior or Chanel etc? Nothing like being mocked by the company that you just wasted hours of your precious time for. Shocking.

I hope they call me, cause I will be using that little diddy to poke them with. Unbelievable.

I think at this point folks just want to spend their money on anything Rihanna. Plus i'm sure those people didn't see the horrible swatches we did. Or they are new to MAC and/or makeup and don't have any of those colors already.

Can ya'll imagine if MAC did a collection with Beyonce? I think it would be worse than a Rihanna collection. MAC wouldn't be able to make enough of ANYTHING. LOL.
