I called USPS & they said it was delivered yesterday. Macy needs to switch to just using UPS. Now to call Macy's to see if they'll give me my money back :'(

That is my number 1 fear when ordering ANYTHING especially when they dont have it in a store. I'm so sorry. But you need to call USPS first and have them find out who delivered your order and where they scanned it to then call Macy's and see if they could fulfill that order again ( its not your fault) or as you said give back your money. Either way its USPS fault

Random question. Since the retro matte formula is very matte and drying. If I depot them, will they dry out faster or easier? What's a good holder (??) to store my depoted lippies in?? If the answers to these are in another thread, can someone direct me in the right direction?

I called USPS, I talked to my carriers supervisor & he doesn't understand how it was "delivered" at 8:46am when his carriers don't leave till 8:30am. The office is like 20 minutes away. There's someone else from my street that didn't receive their package. It does! Now I'm afraid to order from them. They use fed ex to deliver to USPS then USPS delivers to the address......so dumb.

And don't let these places fool u they have extra items for when incidentials occur.. mac learned that the hard way for the first riri launch lol

yup they did. Been trying to get a hold of my local USPS store but their line is busy. Tried the 1800 number and they were NO help.

I will never be ordering from Macys, and then they have the NERVE to charge that much for shipping when they use Fedex Smartpost. I can't stand that stupid smartpost...if I wanted items delivered USPS I would order them first class mail. I really hope that you at least get a refund, but it really sucks to stalk and stalk and not get your items in the end.

On me FOD is very brown red and TTT is berry and more purple.

I was gonna say the same thing. unless I use the TTT lip liner, then FoD looks exactly like TTT initially and then it wears back to brown/red

Well, there's some funky ish going on up in here. I haven't read through to see if it's a UPS issue or a store issue, but I hope all issues are resolved soon. I went to Bloomingdales for a RRW lipglass backup and the MUA just drifted off after looking at me and decided I wasn't important. That made me take my business to Nordstroms where that MUA decided chatting on the phone was more important than tending to the customer that was fiddling with the display. So perhaps me and a RRW backup just weren't meant to be. No big deal. I took my money to Sephora.

Speaking of this, I tried ordering something from somewhere and they wouldn't let me ship to my USPS P.O. Box address. But, they in turned used Fed Ex Smartpost and it ended up at my p.o. anyway because no one was home at the physical address when they tried to deliver.
