MAC puts out all year?
I like this blush formula much better than the MSFs from Mac because that unnatural 'sheen' isn't there like MAC. This shimmer is so subtle. I just 'lights' the face and merges with your skintone

I'm so sorry your Initiation was terrible again! I actually opened mine up AT Nordstrom to make sure my replacement wasn't dried out too.

Me and Accent:

It definitely sculpts. I have no idea how.
Whoa - it does! Honey that looks SO LOVELY on you! Just beautiful.

Really, how is this powder doing the sculpting

Thanks! It looks lovely on you and photographs well without flashback. I'm going to have to pick it up! I'll have to do a phone order with a store instead of online to get a fresh Initiation.

I have the US version. When I swatched it and went out in the sun, all I could think was that it was a bronzer on me.

I hope this doesn't mean it'll be pulled entirely. Even if I'm imagining something pretty horrible being wrong with it, it remains one of the items I'm really interested in.
I initially was really interested in it. Now with it being "delayed" and not available anywhere, I am apprehensive about getting it. What could cause it to be so delayed? Maybe the quality was so poor that Chanel could not release it with the rest of the collection?

What my guy (who got to see & use everything) told me originally about the es palette, was that they hadn't really decided what the final colors really were. Now that its been this delayed, I think he was right.

How was dilly dallying like that ever considered ok by whoever's in charge? Can't imagine they'll sell anywhere near the number of palettes after the fact compared to what they would have if it had come out with the rest of the collection.

In my experience, people in charge tend to dilly-dally a lot over details like this in every industry, because they aren't the ones dealing directly with production deadlines and logistics. It's irritating and also somewhat gratifying to know that the same thing can happen at Chanel. That said, I want my damn palette.

Sabrinas big time, although its not quite that mauve looking on me as it does on sabrina.

temptalia's is WAAAY off! Doesn't look like that at all in the pan, swatched or on. Nope

My first pic of it in the compact is pretty close to what it actually looks like.
i am so confused over this blush! it looked so different on me than anyone else i have seen pics of! the first time it was quite chalky that it reminded me of the spring highlighter then at another place i tested it and while not chalky it was so light it did not show up on me - i have no clue of my mac color but i am tawny 07 in tom ford and 04 in LDP guerlain - i am loving all of the pictures on everyone so i must try again!! i wonder if it is the undertones in my skin as i am not as dark as karen from makeup + beauty but yet i thought it looked so pretty on her!! i almost wonder if it is a match to my skin hence my problem!

I just got to play with Accent and I love it. It does give a nice sculpting effect, and like Elegant said, it's perfect for a light or no makeup look. I put on Accent and the Armani 609 lipstick and I thought that was gorgeous enough on its own with some mascara. This is my first Chanel blush and the finish is gorgeous. It gives the face a nice, natural glow.
