I still haven't bought anything. Still can't get past that price tag.

I think that's one of the reasons so far I'm not that pressed to get anything. MAC's been pissing me off lately with the way they've been handling collection releases, and me and my large pores have never been fans of mineralize blushes and the non natural skinfinishes. I just got EE because Nude didn't work out for me. PP and/or PFP may be calling my name. Once Brody finished doing whatever he's doing, I'll check them out.

Hooray! You will love them (but Lavish Living might be more like a highlight on you, or maybe the similar effect of "barely there" like Alpine Bronze/Amber Glow - please let us know how that one turns out).

Did they send out lots of samples with the last mineralize collection? I can't remember…Mineralize is just seriously the type of product that doesn't photograph well and that looks so much better in person than any other way so if MAC wants to under promote it to web bloggers, I'm not surprised in the least. The less online publicity, though, the less worry about stuff selling out

The only thing that might go fast is Private Party lipstick, but I bet there will be restocks galore between MAC and the rest of the department stores.

I'm NC15 and it looked just like the promo pic on me, so sort of soft plum mahogany wine. I saw it on a much darker NC (I'm guessing she was NC40-45) and it looks mauve purple on her.

Since you're NW, I'm going to say it will look more berry. I bet it will be beautiful - like a soft version of all these vampy lips we've been seeing.

I was wondering the same thing. But have a hard time deciding if I'm cool or warm toned. I've always thought I was an NC, but I'm not sure! lol

It was kind of like By Design, but with more white gold frost. However, it's more like the old frosts that are kind of dry and frosty looking, instead of the new frosts like Warm Companion and By Design, which look metallically moist and lush. It looked really nice over PFP and PP but I've gotta say - not a must buy. You should hold off and get Smash Hit from Indulge!!!!
