What is the point of this "code" system if everyone that asks gets a pm? This girl (thebeautymark) only has 2 posts. Shouldn't there be a minimum post requirement? Anyone can log in and ask for a pm. That was her first post!!!!!!!

This. I was like WTF. Kinda rude. I am not trying to not be helpful but with that being the first post I was kinda grr.

If anyone in Canada is worried about their order still saying pending, don't.

I have had a package in my hand and my account says pending. Once, I actually had my products for two days and then got a shipping notice.

In short -- their system is terrible for tracking.

I'll be honest, I've been on Spektra for a few months but haven't really contributed much or really posted b/c of my own fear of awkwardness, and I'm trying to shake that off since everyone is so nice. But still, I didn't feel I'd "participated" enough to be all, "Give me your secrets!" and figure I'll wait to ask about the code stuff when I feel more like a participant then a lurker. But perhaps that's a bit extreme but I can see, and agree, with the sentiment expressed.

I think I'll be posting more also because I'm loving these

Exactly! I wanted to ask about this in this thread, then I thought: no, people gonna be p*ssed if I bring it up, then I was about to PM Richelle and ask her regarding this (a minimum post requirement), but I didn't want to bother her again, so I just gave up. System failure indeed, lol.

Anywhoo... I hope T posts some swatches asap.

Meh. I haven't had a PM - haven't asked for one, as I'm not in the US so it doesn't affect me particularly - but I'm pretty sure I know what the code is. Anyone - lurkers included - could probably figure it out if they read properly. And really any system that relies on either Richelle remembering every single active member and PMing them, or people asking for PMs about something no-one else is (supposed to be) talking about, is probably destined to fail anyway, but until wider site changes are made I'm sure it's the best that those setting it up could do, and at least they're trying.
