finger swirls?? Ur joking right? I can't believe they would send u something like that! Well I'm glad u got a credit diamonds is too beautiful to miss out on... sanitize away!

It looks pretty swirly lol. The one on the left I bought at my MAC store, the one on the right is what I received in the mail. The angle of the shot makes the pan look darker, but yeap, one's smooth, the other one's not

I was so worried they would ask me to send it back. I waited a week for the order to ship and another week for it to get to me.

Only suggestion is to mix it with another lipstick. It looks a bit like that on me-- too brown-- if I don't use another lipstick with it. Personally I don't mind doing that because of the formula and the long lasting effect of the Retro Matte lipsticks.. I've mixed it with a lot of different colors and the best combo -- for me -- is a satin finish on top of the Riri nude lipstick. Satin's provide a little extra moisturize but just a minimal amount...so it doesn't cancel out the long-lasting effect of the retro matte.

I know a lot of people are against buying and/or keeping a lipstick if it can't hold up on it's own and you have to mix in something else to make it work.. but to me -- the formula makes it well worth it..

Thank you for the suggestions! With all of the drama that I went through to get this ls, I am not ready to give up on it yet.

My bf had ordered it from a Macy's out of state and on Monday it showed delivered according to the tracking number but I was here that day at the time it was "delivered" and I never received any kind of package. Idk if it was delivered to the wrong address of what happened cause no ups truck came to my house :(

Make sure u call UPS and Macys to get it sorted out. im sure they can do something.

We called ups and they have to investigate where it got drop off if anything were just gonna get reimbursed what we paid plus $50 that's it. Or if they find out who stole it then they would press charges which is useless to me I just wanted my goodies, since it took days to find stores who had them in stock :'(

where did u order this from? That's how my HK came from the "secret" site . I haven't called yet cuz I don't want to have to send it back. But if they will refund me and I get to keep it I'm calling!

thats what happened wit my concealer palette i ordered from mac site!! never got the package and i looked at erybody in my building as if they stole it

UPS has been trying for the past couple days to deliver my RRW L/L, but I only remembered today today to remind my SO to leave a note before he leaves for work. I came home at around 4:30 and his note was still there. He came home around 6:30 and still no L/L. I was a little sad because I'd then have to wait until Monday to get it. I checked the UPS trackers again, ran to my door, and almost tripped over the empty boxes from this weeks earlier (makeup) deliveries that the SO needs to take to the recycling. Needless to say I'm about to get ready for bed and I skipping around the apartment with RRW liner and lipstick on. It's the little things in life.

Unfortunately for me my package from nordstroms was delivered but i never got my hands on the package itself. =[ I'm sooooooooooooooooo devastated!!!!

im sorry to hear people are having problems with there packages the waiting room and tracking this stuff down was hard enough no one should have to deal with these kinda problems too :(
