Labyrinth is absolutely one of my favorite movies of all time. It started my love affair with Jim Henson movies. It's a personal fav of my son and me too! He liked the "scary" factor and he liked that it wasn't so girlie like many of my other favorite movies I'd make him watch (Labyrinth and MANY Disney movies included here) so we would watch this one all the time! At Halloween and Christmas! Hot Topic always has some really cute NBC stuff around this time of year! I got a cute beanie last year!
AGREED! Jim Henson was simply THEE BEST! The smiles that man has brought to my face are COUNTLESS! And his creations never get old!Labyrinth is absolutely one of my favorite movies of all time. It started my love affair with Jim Henson movies.
Ludo was my favorite too he was so sweet the Fireys always freaked me out though. And I had a thing for David Bowie too as young as I was lol.AGREED! Jim Henson was simply THEE BEST! The smiles that man has brought to my face are COUNTLESS! And his creations never get old!
On a side note: Labyrinth started my sister's "love affair" with David Bowie and his (ahem) "bulge" HeeHee I would show her the "Dancing in the Street" music video and say... He actually looks like THIS you know!? She would get so mad! Now Ludo was my man! HeeHee And my dog's name is Sir Didymus! So you KNOW I have Labyrinth "issues!" LOL
I B2Md for that one some time ago.More on a whim because I have all the other lippies (I want to own) from perm line already.Yup. For me Subverted was the most unique shade as I don't have a lot of dark browns. The closest I have is Kittenish. I liked it waaaaay more than I thought I would, so I'm going to check out Film Noir next time I visit a MAC counter
I made the same experience with a MUFE lipstick. It was sooooo dry on my lips that couldn' t wear it.....no waythere's someone in specktra (i think yazmin is her name) who has dominate up for grabs!!
MUFE 15 totally draaags across my lips so dry!! but im gonna try it w/cyber to get dominate and compare the 2!! thanx for the recipe
i think folks skipped on the dark colors from the nude n metallics coll cuz it was all about the bright pinks n corals between spring n summer soooo yea folks slept on it. i already know im gonna skip this collection but im gonna loooove to see swatches n looks wearin em!!
omg yeeees!! its a gorgeous color too but its just too gritty n DRY!!I made the same experience with a MUFE lipstick. It was sooooo dry on my lips that couldn' t wear it.....no way
Too bad because they to really have some awesome colors.
I agree!I wanted them at first but now I'm on the fence... I feel like I'd be just fine using MAC clear gloss if I don't feel like wearing the lippies in their normal finish. Sheer sparkle/glitter gloss does nothing for me.
I love MACs clear lipglass!! That along with chestnut lip liner was my very first purchase from mac in 1998.... I use to line my lips with chestnut and then fill my lips with the lipglassI agree!I wanted them at first but now I'm on the fence... I am scared too I will be out of the country visiting my sick FIL I'm going to "try" preselling.I might not have internet connection where I am the day after Christmas. BOOOO! lol

All these years and I barely found out that their is a CCO near me. I had no idea. It's a personal fav of my son and me too! Labyrinth is one of my all time favorites. It's up there with The Never Ending Story, Dark Crystal and Princess Bride

Awww poor you!I made the mistake of wearing it and ate a burger. Lipstick ended up on my chin, didn't realize it till I went in the bathroom haha. I hate when they migrate
You are right. Normally I try to use colours that make me look fresher and - if not younger - not at least older. Although I have been using some darker colours / the new mattes of late, so I'm still interested in these Punk lippies. Maybe I can mix/layer/ombre with them. And this collection won't be released here, I'm sure, so no one would have them here.Yup. For me Subverted was the most unique shade as I don't have a lot of dark browns. Subverted is the only lippie I got from this collection (and Barefaced). I figured it's the only one that will suit me (and I do like it). I also have Tabla (looking for a liner for it atm). I'm trying to stick with warm(er) browns, especially if they are darker/pigmented.

I love Kittenish, but the finish is a bit dry--perhaps I should try again with Prep and Prime, it was before I discovered that product. I also loved Film Noir, not sure you need it if you have Kittenish though, they are pretty close maybe FN has more brick red and Kittenish is more brown. I guess I am a fan of Poo lips! If you can get your hands on Legendary (from Posh Paradise) it is in the same vein, but way better finish and can stand alone without a primer. NOt to enable or anything LOLYup.
