I'm definitely getting NARS Guy Bourdin Promiscuous set, Sephora Favorites Give Me More Lip and Josie Maran Escape To Morocco Holiday Hair & Body Beautifiers! Other things keep changing lol can't settle my mind.

I haven't tried those, but I really should! Right now, I have Dior Minuit Lipstick, Dior Minuit Nail Polish, L'Octainne hand cream, UD Vice 2, Tarte Off the Cuff, and Hourglass Ambient in Diffused. I could get way more, but I have to keep my moving costs in mind.

Also, my company now says our paychecks will run as normal, so no delay for me. I'm glad it's going to be this way, but I'm concerned that they think they can change it whenever they want.

I went to a private Friends & Family Sale in the Old Town Pasadena store and got the following:

- Chanel Mademoiselle parfum
- Hourglass Mineral Veil primer
- Hourglass Immaculate liquid powder foundation in Light Beige (tried a sample on Friday and HAD to get it -- it seriously WORKS on my oily skin!)
- Too Faced Lip Injection Color Bomb in Never Enough Nude
- Jack Black All-Day Oil Control lotion

..I have a feeling with the coming VIB sale, I will end up getting more!

I don't post often, but I thought I would add this. I received my 20% off VIB card in the mail the other day, but i'm rouge so I don't know if mine was a mistake or they aren't doing anything extra for rouge members. I find that a little strange considering there has already been complaints that rouge members aren't really receiving anything too special that would warrant trying to reach that level.

How long have you been a VIBRouge member? I was wondering if there was going to be a date by which you had to reach a different status to receive the different discounts. I think you could probably message the sephora facebook and ask if it was a mistake. They usually respond very quickly.

) and haven't received anything yet but I'm definitely hoping for more than 20%. I did think it was strange to get 10% off for VIB and then a tiny lipstick for VIBR. I know some people think we feel entitled and that Sephora doesn't owe us any discounts, but it's my money and they want it. Make it worth my while. I usually buy whatever I can from Ulta b/c their rewards are so much better (money back, 3X rewards periods, 20% off coupon on prestige every few months) and then the brands I can only get from Sephora, I stock up during the sales.
In other news, has anyone seen the new Smashbox Full Exposure palette in person???!! Just spotted it online and I'm thinking it should probably come to live with me.

Yeah, I might be doing a little more shopping now that a new Ulta is coming to our mall (and sephora is still 30 min. away), though they don't have a lot of the higher end brands that sephora does

I've been rouge for a little over a month now. Right now sephora isn't really answering many questions about the VIB sale, but I have to wonder if it's because the F&F sale is still on and I can imagine they are being bombarded with requests for that code. I'll wait until November 1 before I contact them agin and inquire, maybe by then I can see if people who have been rouge longer have gotten anything more than 20.

I really hope that is not the case. I recently became a VIB Rouge (a week ago) and hoped that I would get the VIB Rouge discount in November. I have not received anything in the mail yet.

In fact, I haven't even received my F&F box (that contained my VIBR Rouge welcome kit) because my box has been in transit for over a week and is probably lost in Lala-Land. I email Sephora and they said if I don't receive my order after 14 business days from the ship date to contact them. Thats 3 weeks from my date of order! I'm a little sad about it... well maybe more than a little sad because I expected 3 day shipping. I actually I don't always receive my orders on the expected delivery date... oh the many wonderful joys of living on an island. Lol.

On a side note, I enjoy being part of Specktra. Even if I am new to posting (yes I'm a loong long time lurker), you ladies have kept me informed and SOO entertained. So thank you fellow Specktra sisters and brothers!

The mother lode shadow set by urban decay looks tempting, but to me eyeshadows in palettes are better deal. For example Vice palette is 5$ per shadow, Naked 4.33$ per shadow, and the LE palettes on sale can go as low as 3$ per shadow =) (compared fullsized amounts)
But it's great deal for any aspiring makeup artists out there, it would look pretty professional

Am I the only one who wishes that the lip products that came in the Promiscuous set actually came in the Fling set instead? I only want the Fling set for the lips container and the Promiscuous set for the actual products lol? That would have been just PERFECT.

YES exactly. I don't so much feel entitled. But I feel like if Sephora wants to create a new level make a big deal about it, then make it worth the while. Make it mean something.

Well on this side of the pond it is a sadder system. The first card is the black one and then the only other status available is the gold card. So yeah, whatever you spend, if it doesn't reach 1000€ then you don't get many exciting advantages. And considering that around here, and keeping in mind the current economic situation, normal everyday salaries tend to orbit around 1000€ a month, yeah not really probable that I will hit gold!
