I was thinking it was some sort of new thing but really it looks like a new name for the fave list because the items I had on my faves list show on it. :shrugs:

Mac had some lipsticks for sale on the site yesterday , I wonder where the extra products are coming from . They should have been able to stock the store up properly then

How long does Belk leave orders "in progress" before they cancel? I placed an order on the 24th for EE from DN and now I'm starting to think it will cancel. ETA: Other orders I placed (Flat Out Fab and Riri Woo pencil) shipped the same day or the next.

They restocked @ MAC stores. -.- I called last night, they said they had but they were all sold out again. There was one nude left. Beautiful color, but I just can't get it to work. I bought a back up of it for nothing.

I've never dealt with Belk but have you tried contacting them to see what they have to tell you? Is it listed as back ordered or something? EE was available on Nordies...mine arrived this morning. Not sure if it's still in stock but is check if I were you just in case Belk falls through.

Believe me. I feel your pain. Call the Belk Escalation Dept. 866-533-3467. Ask for Tim or leave a message. Good luck. I hope I am wrong but I fear I am not. I've been told that there is a system glitch with their website that makes it appear that the MAC products from the RiRi collection are avail each night once the system refreshes. They are trying to get it fixed. I received an email at 9:14am telling me the the 2 TTT liners I had wanted. I called and spoke with a manager who said the order will be cancelled because it is a mistake. That's why all but one of my orders (the RRW liner) were not available.

This is complete bs. So apparently I won't get my RRW lippie or my EE from DN. Luckily I got Nude already and don't really need EE now, and got a RRW from MAC's restock yesterday. I'm just crossing my fingers that I get a shipping notification from MAC.

I'm sorry to hear that. I made them give a 20% discount on my next order. Call back and ask for that. Belk online &$#%.

I've never dealt with Belk online or in person but odd repeat glitches that they can't stop and constant complaints on the BBB website about their billing practices doesn't make them an attractive option. I'm sure they can't have all bad stories...people seem to go to them quite a bit but they sure seem risky when it comes to ordering right now!
