She's aight.....lol. I just get caught up in the makeup conquest. The things I go for are really eye catching and pretty to me. So if her name wasn't on it, I'd still go a little nuts lol.

You basically go through a slide show and can't leave till you get to the product page. Select what you want and wait for Jesus to show up to tell you you can proceed to checkout. It's less dramatic, promise. But that's basically the process. Oh, and you can't go back. You have to start the whole process over if you want something else. 

Phew!! I was scared for a moment there I've never got prompted for the waiting room. I usually buy from the stores but I decided to try online cause I don't want to get stuck with the craziness in the stores .. I can only imagine the chaos and hair pulling going on . I will cut a B*tch if they get in my way of me getting my Riri Woo Lmao!! I'm just nervous I will miss the link or something and get lost. I know i'm panicking please Lipstick Gods hook this girl up

Yup. Multiple orders. And if you want regular items, make sure those are already in your cart now, or place that order separately as well. Once RiRi items are in your cart, they aren't yours until you pay for them. Which means if you put em in your cart and continue to shop, someone else can come and steal em away, and you're SOL.

sorry so to clarify, the collection launces at 12noon. If i go to the website as early as 11, will i be able to place my order by 12? or it depends on if people go to the site before me? do people go to the site as early as 9?

You can't do anything until noon. If you go to the site at 9, you're gonna be sitting there for 3 hours staring at the same screen that is there right now.


You can't click on anything RiRi-related until noon. Doesn't matter how many people get there before noon.

I never manually refresh. One thing I like to do that hasn't failed is go to the search box and type in what I'm trying to get. It has sometimes taken me to the product. I put it in my cart and check out with paypal. I haven't had any problems with it in all the launches.

I've actually gotten through faster on my iphone but you have to log in to the site manually and that can get you a gateway timeout message. Just set your browsers to the MAC site as your home page and wait. I'm getting up an hour early

Get online at noon. Click RiRi. You're in the waiting room. Wait however long it makes you wait. DO NOT REFRESH!!! You're directed to the collection. Select the items you want. Only 1 of each item max. Click add to bag. Wait for it to add. Check out immediately! DO NOT USE PAYPAL!!!

Don't refresh! Don't touch a thing, let it do its own thing.

Cellphones tend to work faster than computers. Ipads faster than phones.
