The messed up part is i pushed submit order with the stuff in my cart then got confirmation for riri woo only!! I really want to break up with MAC but they have a hold on me I can't explain

I decided to call and complain about this, found out there was 75 PB for Canada from the phone sales girl. then I talked to some guy at a different extension(who could not speak clearly at all. arg.) Basically told him that stuff selling out that fast was ridiculous and basically asked if they did it on purpose to say they sold out in x number of minutes and that it makes people not want to deal with them at all. Then I brought up the arbitrage it causes(the demand exceeds the amount supplied and allows people to sell for massively inflated prices on ebay, much like ticket scalping). He told me I could go to a department store. I told him so I have to go an hour or so before they open to get one of the 3 they might have for sale. :headbang: good luck! Sometimes talking to people is infuriating... more infuriating than that waiting room.

I was blessed to get what I wanted. I had two tabs open and they both went thru at the same time. Two PB's and one BGRR. I just started a new job and wouldnt have been able to get to the store next week. I dont trust my friends to get them for me lol

Im so glad i had everything pre release but all i needed was liners i will say this waiting room was not bad mac text me at 11:49 i manage to get pices liner and my brush since i also didnt have that i got in about 5 mins but cockiness sold out my cart but my sis literally live next to macys so she will get it on the 12th all in all went well hope u ladied got everything u desired!

I can understand her excitement for the collection but advertising a product on a website that is no longer available there sets people up for disappointment. I know she probably didn't mean to do so intentionally but many people are upset enough about this without feeling like she's rubbing it in.
