You might be on to something. My package shipped from Illinois. Not sure if there is a storm system going on in the Utah area that may be affecting things (or along the path that UPS takes from that facility) but maybe that's they hold up? Just seems like someone at UPS could give some information if the packages are in UPS's possession.

Well I called Nordstrom and other places I ordered from coming w/ packages coming from Utah & they all said it's in UPS's hands. I call UPS & they said it's weird that a few of my tracking have the same issues and there's a possibility my packages may be lost because there is no way for them to track it, but at the same time, I really doubt ALL of my packages are lost, I just think the problem is with the facility and they are either backed up in orders, or just not scanning the items in at all. UPS C/S never has any help at all and they never know the answers so we just have to hope for the best. I really do think it's just the facility though.

Yay!! They are stupid phone I couldn't tell what forum I was on it kept tricking me. I really love the colors the lighting in my office isn't that good cause of the lights but I couldn't wait to post pics

Yea I called the other day and he told me it may be lost but he put a note under my account that if I do not have it come Friday the are going to ship it again and expedite it. So we shall see if not I need my money back so I can go to the store lol. Also I just received a sephora package from Utah yesterday. And I got it. So I think it has to do with Nordies truthfully

Yea it's weird we are all on the west coast. I figured we all had to be in the same location for this to be going on. And I doubt someone at UPS said I'm stealing all the nordies packages because I know they may be lipsticks lol. Either way it's my money back or lippies

Isn't that the worst? I'm really grateful that we live in an area where our boxes can be left on the porch drama free. I came home last night to 4 pkgs. I'm sure it helps there's a squad car parked in our driveway.

Thank you, MissTT! That's true. It can be aging. I used to wear vampy colors in my teens. (It was the 90's. LOL!) Then I kinda pulled away from it after a while and just now getting back to it after TTT and FOD.

Good grief! I hope they know they are giving us all heart attacks!!! I'll drive to Utah and get my package if I need to. I'll pick yours up, too.

Sadly, sometimes a squad car doesn't detour some thugs. My uncle was a cop and always had his squad car parked at their home...and people stole from them all of the time. I'm talking packages, their personal vehicles (at least once a year!)...broke in to their house. This was in Chicago though so I don't know if that just means they are a different level of criminals (no offense to any Chicago members!). Just always thought it was crazy that they had balls of steel to do that to a police officer that was high ranking repeatedly. Go figure!

My package has said Exception all day. It's weird because it's actually schedule to be delivered tomorrow. I think it was gonna arrive earlier (today), but got caught up with the weather. Hopefully, they'll still arrive tomorrow. My stuff is coming from Illinois, btw.

I love the colors just not the scent! Lol The formula is really nice. I just made a big Asian makeup haul for my bday last month and they were on my list for a while

@smileyt06 yeah my Sephora orders for the past 3 months have been shipped from Utah, it used to be Maryland I believe?

I still get my Sephora stuff from Maryland. Maybe they've added a warehouse or whatnot for the western US in Utah, while Maryland continues to supply the eastern US.
