Yup. The oils on your lids are causing the liner to stick to it. Make sure you're wearing a base and shadow (or face powder) at least. I think you'll see a big difference.

Something similar happened to me like 2 months ago. I called the counter at macys like 2 times asking for my package, and no one not even the manager could give me an answer. So early the next morning I called the store and had the operator put me through to the macys store manager, and in 5 mins she called me back with an explanation. Ok. Thanks. It must be the case with these liners only right? I don't wear eye shadow a lot, just liner and mascara most of the time and this has never happened. Lol.
