I'm up but getting impatient. I got to nap this afternoon so probably why I'm up lol. But still ugh. I've never attempted an opening for a collection. I hope we all get what we want.

Normal collections generally don't have specific release times unless previously specified by MAC.

Can anyone recall the latest MAC has waited to release a collection online?? As a former MAC artist, this is brutal because I have never had to wait like this! Also pretty sure my macbook is going to break from clicking the refresh button so much LOL

I think the very first RiRi was released like 11 or 12 in the morning. At that rate I'll be at the store by then. I'm guessing between 3AM PST & 7AM PST. Only because east coast stores are gonna be opening soon. That is just a guess, not a educated guess, but just a guess.

I am seriously hoping it's 6am EST. There is no way I can get to the store right now so I have to hold out hope for online. I wonder if the dept store websites will restock? Unlikely but one cam hope.

unlikely dept stores will restock online. I was at a counter for almost 3 years and what we got was what we got! I know I could swing in by my old counter in the AM but I know the mall will be insane and I'd rather not… not to mention I've stayed up this long so I feel fully committed to ordering online haha

I'm not sure if this is the norm but I had called yesterday to reserve a few lipsticks but was informed that can only be done if I make an appointment which I did for the weekend. I do however live more than an hour away from the closest MAC counter so I'm hoping to catch these online instead (its been snowing and I really don't want to drive in it for an hour+0)!
So I'm thinking they want us to set an appointment maybe to up sell us stuff we probably already have.

an appointment for this weekend? or last weekend? that's bizarre haha but then again if they're in event i can see how that would make sense. during the insanity of the holidays that doesn't really make sense though

I'm about to be On my way To Macys now. They open @6 I wanna make sure I can be one of the firsts there will def be limited stock & I need instigator!!!! Ig missed it every online release so far. Plus a couple extra goodies I didn't order from MN that y'all have forced
