I bought Steel Kiss too! I rarely get lip glass anymore but it was gorgeous. And it was the last one at Dillard's so I grabbed it just in case lol. Turned around and ordered it once MAC went live so I don't know what I'm going to do with 2 of them. Guess I can put it in my kit or put it in the clearance bin

It is really pretty! I was so tempted to buy it too but my pockets said "Ummm... no Ma'am"

Went in store to see cause I was not about to waste my money. I am SO glad I did! I went in determined to get Instigator & Punk Couture.When I swatched Instigator It looked EXACTLY the same way Currant liner does on me. Even my girl at MAC told me and confirmed what I thought. I ended up just getting Punk Couture & Fairly Precious Skin Finish from Magnetic Nudes. I LOVE IT

I need Punk Couture to look this purple on me.

I think I've officially given up on Lipglass.

I just don't wear glosses like that anymore so that's why I don't really buy them. Used to be all I would wear (lipglass and lip liner mix lol). Steel Kiss I think would look nice layered over some lippies like Exclusive Event or RiRi Nude. And it hasn't annoyed me wearing it by itself for the last couple of hours so I actually don't regret this one. I definitely don't need 2 though...so I DO regret the rash decision to buy it both at the counter and online (either should have skipped online or left the one at the counter). At least I don't think I would ever need 2 :shrugs:

You guys, I actually rolled out of bed early enough to get to Mac before it opened at 8am. I was surprised that by time they opened it was only me and one other young lady. We both wanted Instigator and Punk Couture but the MUA suckered her into the glosses and a lot of other stuff. :nono: I was contemplating Hautecore but I had said I wanted the black from Melt instead. By the time I left I had changed my mind and I was closest to Bloomingdales. I went in and noticed it was missing. The MUA said the lady that walked by me had just bought all three. I'm like really, that's what we do? I took it as a sign that it wasn't meant to be. That MUA is my girl, though and I wanted to buy something from her so on total impulse I got Morning Rose from that Nude collection. I swung by a Macy's at the mall down the road and they had one more Hautecore left. Well, I bought it. I was surprised it was there since they had been open since 7 and I didn't get there until close to 10. I still have my 2 packages from Nordstroms on the way. I'm keeping one order as my backups and I'm going to sell the other order to a friend (Yeah, sell. Who the hell I look like? I'm tired of giving stuff away.) Instigator is my absolute favorite thing! It's the color I have always searched for. Punk Couture is pretty nice, too. I'm highly impressed by Hautecore. It doesn't swatch all that well on me, but it glides on. It's not black black on me, but it's great. I tried my Bling Black gloss from Style Black over it and it was nice, but it seemed to break the lipstick down a bit. I didn't even use that much. :dunno: Swatching Studded Kiss in the store I realize I don't really need it. Didn't set my heart on fire. I'll keep one, though. Anyway, who's up for sloppy lip swatches? Instigator

Oh and I went to Lush after all that and lost my mind on the buy one get one. So much so that I left my damn Mac bag on the counter! I hauled ass back to the store and it was still there. Thank goodness the store was full of tweens who wouldn't know what to do with these lipsticks if their lives depended on it. I've never been so forgetful in my entire life.
