OK ya'll after stalking this thread for over a month, I felt I wasn't going to sign up because MAC is normally out of my price range. But when its all said and done I really wanted to sign up, so here I am!
I didn't come on here in the days leading up to the release (being busy with christmas) but I had already decided to go in store on the 26th. Now that I read all the stress you guys went through and the shipping hassle, I am SO glad I decided to swing by in person. I went to the MAC counter at Dillards right when they opened (9am here) and was the first person there. The MUA told me they had a very limited collection and that people had already called to put some on hold! So I was glad I was the first/only person there in the flesh. Walked out no problem in under 5 minutes...however she totally upsold me to get Nightmoth. I may end up taking it back because I am not sure I want or need it.

No, I had trouble the first time I tried PC and Instigator. Both much darker than I expected (though I love dark lippies so I was okay with that). After a couple tries I just took my time with PC and it came out better.
Yea ! I figured that it wasn't good on its own but I was thinking it would look stunning over lipsticks/liners I'm debating if I should grad it. I don't really like glosses but that one caught my eye

No... I'm a bit of a makeup newbie and I haven't tried lip liners yet. I just put lip balm on, leave it while I do the rest of my makeup (~5 mins max) and then take a bit of the balm off and slowly put the lipstick on.
I found mine at saks and Nordstrom had sk and pc . What city are you in?
I feel the same way. I wanted to love this so much, but it just doesn't work on my nc25 skin. My problem is how unflattering the shade is on me.......it seemed to apply ok though. With both of these I apply it straight from the tube and then use my finger to smooth it out and remove excess. Instigator looks great this way. Not too dark. But I'm so sad about PC. Everyone else looks so stunning in it!
I have a back up of everything that I don't need but I stay in killeen
I'm NC25 and I didn't even attempt PC - I can only wear red-based purples. The blue-based look terrible on me, probably because I have strong yellow undertones.
Ok if you have a pay pal I can work on getting a instigator for you. I can check the saks here in Houston if you haven't found it. I believe the mac store here in the galleria had it too. let me know Ill probably go tomorrow to see if I can score a bu for SK and Heroine
