So Ive been trying to be good and not just buy everything that comes out from MAC. It seems like I have been doing that since I started getting into makeup. And since there has been one too many frustrating moments during the last two RiRi launches, I thought I wont pay any mind to VVG RiRi. But I just looked on Instagram and saw so many beautiful pics of this lippie on women around my complexion, that I know I will definitely be adding this to my collection. It looks great on everyone so far. ANDDDD its available and not sold out. Gotta have it.

It was supposedly off a tester of RiRi Woo being sold at her concerts during the initial launch.Not from one at a MAC store.

I always used the lipstick straight from the tube, but the wand still on the gloss? What the fuck!? Is MAC turning into Sephora or something!?

I know it gross. My mac counter doesn't seem that strict about putting their hands and stuff all over everything. I'm good friends with the manager and sometimes When I go in there's brand new testers. He always tells me to just swatch them with my fingers! And that if someone puts them on their face that's their fault and their gross. -_- I actually read a study done on testers at the mall on a Saturday. They found the testers to be 100% contaminated with nasty germs. Like fecal matter saying people don't even wash their hands after the bathroom and they touch all up on the testers! Sick Even after testing on my hands I Sanitize my arm lol

You look great! I need to see more women of color wearing RiriVG. SO far I have seen a couple and @macgirl006 is close to my shade so I know I would look awesome! How many of you ladies can wear any shade of red? From oxblood red to corally pink red? I can rock all shades of it (thank goodness) the colors I wish I could get away with are barbie pink and black. :[

Straight from the bullet, no liner. I love it! I have it on at work today but will probably save if for nights out and things in the future since it's so glittery and eye catching

it looked warm in my bathroom but thankfully looked cooler when I got it into natural light. Some people have been saying it's a tomato red, but I think it's more cherry red on me. I'm definitely eyeing the lip glass next!

Tried liner with black and it still resembled the black hole in space.. on my face. And sometimes I'm not all about liners. Just want to apply the lippie and go, ya know? :\

i know right! For my black lippie, my one and only, i use Iman's tropical gloss on top or mix it with Wet n wild think pink.

Pretty, what foundation color range are you and would you say it is unique on your skintone?

Thank you! I'm an NW50 and an 8.5 in Matchmaster. I wouldn't say it was unique per se. I definitely have other reds in this range but I mainly got this for the frost finish, I only have one other frost lipstick from Kat Von D and I never touch it, so I wanted to try another brand to see if I'd like frosts better from someone else. I'm seeing it read more tomato red on some girls but it's definitely a cherry red with slight pink undertones on me.

I swatched it veyr quickly in store yesterday and thought it was warmer/ yellower than I wanted. That said, the lighting in that store is designed to make you never want to buy anything, I swear. I want to have a look at it under better lighting conditions. As far as the texture, I noticed the same thing- it seemed uber-creamy, much more like an Ampliflied Creme than a frost.

The craziest thing happened to me. I ordered the lipstick the day it came out and got my box yesterday and it was empty:'( :'( . how in the world could this happen???. I called Mac and the reshipped it to me.

Wow. This is probably the brightest red lipstick I own. I have it (and the lipglass) on at work right now but I think it might be a bit too much for the workplace, at least for me. I would totally rock this on a random weekend because why the heck not and of course "special occasions". If I were to wear this to work again I'd def tone it down with a liner.

Nope. The box was sealed wrapping paper and all. I thought I had dropped it or something. But it was empty. I am stilled surprised that this could happen. How do you ship an empty box, with wrapping paper and all?????
