Does anyone know why they are reformulating Amber Diamond? I thought it was one of their best selling products :| Why fix something that's not broken?

I got some Dior samples the other day & tried them out.
Capture Totale One Essential Super Serum face: I used the sample only 4 times & noticed a huge change in the texture, smoothness & over-all evenness of skin tone! I've had this kind of tiny pimple-like spot under the skin, but it wasn't a pimple. It annoyed me for over a year - completely gone after the 4 applications! I cannot even feel it or see it. I just bought the large size I am so impressed with how my skin looks. Many serums etc make these claims - this & the DreamSkin had immediate visible results.
Then, I tried the DreamSkin
I used it over the serum. Get out - something that really does what it says & it worked immediately! My skin looked flawless & felt silky smooth. I bought it. My hubs had some redness on his cheeks so I put a little on them - 90-% of the redness gone! when I looked at him an hour later...it may have been gone sooner. It claims that you get both instant & long term results.
I am currently trying the concealer which is quite 2nd skin feeling. It has lasted all day, has not creased or faded. I'm not sure that I love it as much as the Chanel, but its very close.
Next I will be trying the Capture Eye Serum.

Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried a lot of crap & NOTHING gave me instant visible results like this. Nothing! My dillards was offering $25 off a $150 purchase last Sat., so I bought the LE super size.

To be fair, they do live under different standards than women. Men are considered to look better as they age, while women are supposed to stay looking 25 until they're in their 50s. Longer, if they want to act

My mom is a huge Dior fan. A couple of years ago she brought all those little cosmetic pouches she had collected that they give with gifts etc. I think I snagged 5 of them which totally goes to show how long she has been using their products. BTW she is 67 and looks to be in her 40's o.0
If not, have a look at the new Resort Collection, there's a coral that could be close!

I went to my local Dior counter today as they still had both Amber and Rose Diamond in stock (none of the Sephora locations around me do) and the SA asked me if I knew they were being discontinued. I said I did know and mentioned that I heard it would be re-launching later this year with a new formula and she said "No, they are coming out with a completely new product to replace these." I was a bit surprised but she seems to know the brand well as I have spoken to her before about previous collections so I don't know what the real story is given that RayRay actually called the CS and they said something else. Either way, do with this info what you will. I just thought I'd put it out there because it was the first time I'd heard any different.

That would be crazy if they completely did away with Amber and Rose Diamond! Anything is possible though. The lady I talked to mentioned they would have a blush and come in a palette. At the time I didn't know if she was confusing what a palette is since AD and RD both have multiple colors. I'll be interested in seeing what they come out with! She told me the name but all I remember is the word "harmonies." sorry guys
