I have the pencil liner and it's fine. I also have the dual ended pen in Deeper. I have a backup of Deeper. I love it and haven't had any trouble at all. Which gave you a headache?

The TF e/s palettes are amazing. So far the complaints seem to be with some of the lipsticks. I checked mine to
and all are fine at this point. I hope your's are ok too. I also ordered the Lip Color Shimmer in Solar Gold---if it's
subpar in any way it's going back.

One thing I find funny is that I'll check eBay occasionally and see that sellers are still offering the old Estee Lauded Tom Ford items and his first line with the white cases at higher than current retail prices. I always wondered if the items were rancid. I can't take that chance on eBay. What do you guys think?

I just observed that Saks has the illuminator, Fire Lust in the original packaging w/the brown tops, available in-store
only and the new iteration in the white cap (which several of us have ordered) can be purchased online. There are
also several of the Estee Lauder illuminating powder gelees that were limited edition and sold on EBay at ridiculous
mark-ups, now appearing on Saks web site but can only be purchased in-store. I think the shelf-life of some
products is obviously longer than others---I can only suggest---buyer be ware & research the EBay seller to the
extent possible.

Ok, out of 10 lipsticks one is rancid. Guess what? It's RANCID! Seriously, what's up with that? My friend sent it to me last month. It is still in the box. It is Sable Smoke. My lip glosses and lip lacquer are fine. I guess I need to let her know. I hope she can exchange it. I'm not sure where she purchased it because she lives in another state. I have no idea when she purchased it either. Should I tell her?

Thank you. I'm not tempted though. I might buy the Fire Lust, but only with the white cap and gold box because it's fresher. Oh, and only from a store. I have so many highlighters that I won't miss it. At least I'm telling myself that. Lol

That's interesting! Glad I ordered on-line which I'm usually more of a in person shopper when it comes to cosmetics but I couldn't chance missing Fire Lust.

Does anyone know if they are re-releasing the Lip Sheers for summer? I feel like I heard that somewhere. I certainly hope so because I don't want to give my money to the scalpers on eBay.

Now in this photo the TF blush looks pink---in other photos that I've seen it appears coral/orange. Which is it?
I just got those two new Chanel JCs---I've only worn Vivacitè------today actually and I love it. Both are pretty amazing.

I just swatched my palette for the first time. I didn't get a chance to compare the shades to anything yet, but the blush is pink. Like a pink with a soft, subtle golden shimmer/sparkle sheen. It kinda reminds me a tiny bit of Frantic Pink, except pinker. All the shades are extremely smooth and really pigmented, except for the glitter shade, that's semi to mostly sheer. I'm really excited to play with everything more.

right off the cuff answer: they might be rancid. I have found TF lippies especially nudes and dark vampy shades, don't last too long. I would not chance it as EBAY and it's henchman paypal are notorious for taking out money and then nickle and diming you to death.

it's Sable smoke? mine is bad too.. and it's not that old. I have lippies from Chanel for much longer time period, and they are perfect. This really irritates me and makes me want to throw things.. lol
