Got the Unabashed palette yesterday and really like it. You can use the bronzer colour in the crease as an ES too; I found that with a Paula Dorf crease brush, lightly, it really blended out the matte taupe very nicely. Used the glitter shade lightly in the inner corner of the eyes. The cobalt is fantastic as a liner - haven't yet tried it on more eye real estate! Like the blush and the bronzer is also pretty if is t'll blended on top. Mixed Fire Lust into my Pale Dune foundation ... very nice glow without being glittery or over the top.

So far, so good. It gives a really nice summery look without being over the top.
Awesome CWC! Sounds like this could be your go-to summer palette. ENJOY!!!

Oh my goodness! I love this blush! They must make a full size of this. It looks different than any thing In my vast blush collection. Worth the price of admission. I was reluctant to get this as I'm not big on blues plus I have She Wolf. Well I didn't do any comparisons to She Wolf but having the palette this morning made it much easier to get out early this morning. I didn't have to do any Gus's work. I put the taupey color on with the glitter patted on top. I put a tiny bit of the blue in the outer corners with a 286 brush but ended up blending some of the taupe on top of it because it was just too smokey for a visit with my baby niece. Added the black TF double liner. Love that one. Pink blush on cheeks with bronzer color as a highlighter. I didn't do Fire lust because I wanted to see how the bronze color worked as a highlighter. I finished with a mix of Burberry Cameila Pink and Sunset Peach??? on lips. I'm not sure of the name but something peach. I kind of want the gold lip thing now. I meant to check it out yesterday but I forgot. I'm worried I'll regret passing it as I regret missing out on Mac ruffian gold. The blush has some shimmers in it though. I know some people don't like that.

AMAZING! So, so glad you're loving it. I came very close to pulling the trigger on it but a dear friend reminded me that my OCD self would struggle with the
co-mingled products. I'm still drooling over it, nonetheless!!! I have the Lip Color Shimmer, Solar Gold and it's just ok. That said, I've only used it a few times.
I've not given up on it, and actually think it'll make a nice minimalist summer makeup look.

None of the products in the palette kicked up any powder, really. And with either the TF blush or Nars Yachiyo brushes, I didn't have any issues with the brush picking up adjacent powder.

So although I can understand your concern about not wanting to co-mingle product, I am not sure it would really be an issue with these. It also comes with a little custom cut plastic piece placed over the products - that will also help keep the compact clean.

So I wore my Unabashed today. Love it! TF Eye Primer, TF Taupe Brow, Chantecaille mascara & liner, Guerlain Meteorites Primer Today I used the taupe in Unabashed over lid. Used the matte pink from In the Pink under the brow, the pink shimmer on the lid up to the crease. I used the Unabashed blush & applied Fire Lust over that & over the pink on the lid. This has been such fun to see how real people use this palette. It is very workable. Not just hype. I don't find the grey in She Wolf is similar to the taupe in Unabashed. The blush is also different from his other blushes. I too would buy it separately.

Ingenue, where have you been? I've missed you and the first thing you do is enable me.

I've

been agonizing over this palette. That I have issues w/co-mingled products, and a long list of items that I
want from the Chanel summer collection, are the only things holding me back. You're tipping the scales
again. Someone please, hold me back!!!

I love Fire Lust too and the TF Illuminating primer that a Specktra angel

sent to me---tried it today, now I'm

a believer!!! I've added it to my list!
Missed you too Medgal!! Time is fleeting these days... I keep meaning to come in here more regularly. I love the primer too! I am in LOVE with the palette. Just the presentation alone... and the product itself is stellar. The blue is... BEYOND.

I hate to be an enabler...

but it's really good!

Hey everyone,

I'm very new around here and have spent most of my time lurking, but I wanted to chime in and let you guys know that when I was at my Tom Ford counter over the weekend (I'm down in Australia) Wicked was in stock. When I asked the SA about it she told me that Wicked is permanent for us now, and was really surprised that it wasn't available in the US (she actually didn't believe me until I pulled up tomford.com on my phone and showed her). There has been no campaign or repromote or anything - it's just here again, and apparently to stay. Hopefully this means good things for the US and UK as well.

I've been looking at swatches of Fire Lust (we don't have it in stock yet) and I can't decide whether to reserve it or not. Have any really pale, cool toned ladies grabbed it? I'm lighter than NW10 and very cool toned, so I worry that it might pull too warm on me.

I was also wondering if someone might consider doing me a big favour. From reading over the thread I understand that some stores in the US still have Narcissist available. I am absolutely desperate to get my hands on it, and would be really grateful if someone could pick it up for me and put it in the post if I were to send you the funds via PayPal.

I'm looking forward to jumping into the discussion - no one I know cares about makeup and I need an outlet!

*Edited for spelling.

Hi Sarah!
I'm a longtime reader and first time poster but I decided to jump in and reply to you since we are both fair, cool toned ladies. I was a little leary of Fire Lust myself (i thought it might be too warm and almost read orange on my pasty face), but it was so stunningly gorgeous in all of the review photos I saw that I decided to take a chance and order it through Nordstrom, figuring I could just return it to the Nordstrom by my house if it didn't work out.

I don't know what kind of sorcery Tom Ford did, but Fire Lust is beautiful even on very fair, cool toned ladies. It's actually very sheer, but the peachy pink tint & refined golden shimmer manage to impart the most beautiful, most flattering hint of warmth and light and gorgeous glow to the face. It also somehow manages to blur imperfections, and the formula is sheer perfection - it just melts into the skin.

I am a complete and total highlighter junkie - I have a drawer full of high end highlighters, but Fire Lust is definitely one of the priciest I own. I was actually even hoping I wouldn't really like it, since it was $65. I don't just like it, I LOVE it, and love it so much that after test driving it for the past several weeks and getting compliments like "your skin looks amazing" "what are you doing differently? you look great!", I went out and bought a backup. i might even buy a third before it's too late, but that might be a little overboard :)

Anyway, to make a super long post short, definitely give Fire Lust a try - it deserves every rave it has been getting!

Congratulations to you both. Okay, so is anybody besides me now thinking they might need to back up to? I'm seriously thinking about it. Somebody please talk me off this ledge,p. Please. Lol. Somehow Tom Ford managed to formulate Fire Lust so that it works on every skin tone. And that is indeed a rare feat.

I've been going back and forth on whether to back it up or not as well. I've been using Becca Illuminator and I sort of hate it now that I've used Fire Lust. The only thing that makes me not want to get a back up is because it might be re-released next summer. However it is certainly a one of a kind product.

I'm going to return my Solar Gold Shimmer Stick. Massive fail. I tried it on my cheek as a highlighter. That is how the SA sold it to me. He said that they use it in his training class and it was beautiful. Not so much. The texture was heavy slightly sticky. But that didn't really bother me so much because I rarely touch my face once my makeup is applied. All it did was leave a lot of very very obvious glitter on my face. I'm so happy I tested it out before I was actually going somewhere. On my lips it was nearly invisible except for gold glitter. So I shall be returning this ASAP. Mind you I ordered it all of this over the phone. My local Nordstrom does not carry Tom Ford in the store yet. Is there anyone here have any success with it? Or with the moonlight stick? I wanted one of the Spring Lip Sheers, Paradiso. Does anyone here own it?

I have been looking for the Becca Rose Gold highlighter. Cruel Gardenia too. I refuse to pay overinflated prices for make up. Especially when it's just a want and not a need. There's just too much make up out there currently and even more to come to pay crazy prices.
