does anyone think Lorelei can compare to Naked Deep Dark pigment?
Thank you for this. I'm NC40/NARS Stromboli as well and I was on the fence about AS, but now it's completely off my list.my skin colour is almost identical to Karen's (she's NC42, i'm NC40) and AS barely shows up on me. so it's likely to be too light for you, @amzee807. it's too subtle to be a bronzer, probably a little too dark to be a highlighter - i might have to try it out as a highlighter tomorrow during the day and see if it works under natural light. might be better as a nude blush, perhaps?
@Abrilita02 i personally wouldn't use Delphic as a highlighter as it's similar to RG on my skin. therefore it's too dark for highlighting, esp. if you're lighter than NC40. if you have RG as a bronzer, are on the fence about AS for a bronzer or highlighter, and are trying to cut down on your wishlist, i'd say skip AS. you already have a very decent bronzer in RG, and you can find much better highlighters out there instead of trying to work AS into being one
hope this helps.
Lovely. I love the 4th one.Hey Ladies ...
Lorelei (Left), Silver Sun (Middle), Seduced At Sea (Right) on NC25 skin
Siren Song
Seduced at sea is a bit more terracotta than I thought it was going to be....and lorelei is more copper than the golden beige Mac describes it as. My sort of shades though so it's all good

No. :nope:Hmmmm... Can golden work as a highlighter for NC42?
Everything looks beautiful on her. I still don't want the blushes. I'm thinking just AS that's all!Karen's review of Delphic and the blushes http://www.makeupandbeautyblog.com/...tic-collection-extra-dimension-bronzer-blush/ She doesn't mention AS which is too bad, but Delphic is gorgeous on her! I am now thinking of getting both :eyelove:
Me too. Karen's review of Delphic had me swooning, but I need to stand firm with just my AS. Right? Right.Everything looks beautiful on her. I still don't want the blushes. I'm thinking just AS that's all!
The shadows are so not worth it. Unless you really want to spend money. SMHM is going to kinda be like blushbaby but with a tinge of orange. Mystical is pretty close to Cosmo. I also compare Mystical to MR from the MN collection but Mystical is a touch more brown and a darker muted rose shade. Hope this helps.Would see me, hear me suit me? Probably getting mystical as well. Very tempted by the shadows, can't decide which ones. Any help guys?
Yes try and stand firm. I always go and end up buying more than I wanted. But I will stand firm, maybe one lipstick lolMe too. Karen's review of Delphic had me swooning, but I need to stand firm with just my AS. Right? Right.
Sorry I don't have HHDo you have Heavenly Hybrid? I've been thinking it might be really similar to that.
If you want me to, I can give it a try and swatch the result.Do you think that if you were to mix Up the Amp and Rebel that the result would be similar to GotS?
Yes, it does have a really pretty sparkle. If you're into that you better have a look at it in person. I wish I liked glosses on me only so I could justify buying it for myself! It has sparkle? Oooohh! Maybe it will look similar to one of my all time favs, Sex Ray. I was planning to pass on it but I might have to go to the store and check it out. Thanks!
I feel like my swatches made it look more berry than it is. I mentioned that red tones were enhanced by my phone camera. I wouldn't call it a berry shade. To me, Rebel is berry. GotS is really more like a deeper muted up the amp on me if that makes sense.I saw some swatches... goddess of the sea is more berry toned than purple?
