That's great! I'm on my own weight loss journey. I lost a lot of weight in the past but gained it back.I got super serious about working out and what I ate when I was 33 and had to have 2 surgeries that I could have prevented if I was eating better. I have since lost 120ish lbs and trying to keep things from getting worse the older I get. I decided to control what I can and accept the things I can't.
Thanks!!! It is a much better life on the healthier side of life. I do still give in to cupcakes. margaritas, and other indulgences but in healthier ways and a lot less often.
Keep with it. It only works when you are ready and with real change. Sticking to it has it's hard days but I know I can't go back there. I think being sick and having surgery those 2 times made me realize where I was headed.
oh I eat a lot lol.. and I eat everything and drink too.. ha.... I don't consider it an indulgence though. It's part of life enjoyment.

Well that was almost ALL I ate for years and working out has been a very big part of that too. I really enjoy it now and it is the best stress reliever ever. Ok, aside from shopping.
Definitely. I ended up gaining it all back plus some more in 2009 after my Mom passed away. My Dad died the previous year and so I was all alone and I think I turned to food. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby and I think losing weight will help.

Aww, good luck! I was past my baby having days when I lost weight but I did gain 70lbs of the 120 I lost when I was pregnant with my daughter in my mid 20's.
