I know they are perm items but I can't pass it up in the pretty packaging. Between Refined Golden and Golden which do you guys prefer? I can't decide which of the two to get based on looking at swatches online they look the same to me

I don't really think it's more about preference for those, but more which one will work with your skin tone. Golden is the lighter of the two and does has less shimmer, so I'm going with that one for my NC25 skin.
