My cat was a rescue too! There was a couple who had a law firm, and they had a huge colony of feral cats that lived outside. But all the cats were nice cats (Russian Blues and Persians and such) that the affluent families in the neighborhood just gave up on basically and let run wild. So the couple took in the older cats, spayed them, and adopted out the babies. I got one of da babies :flower:  

Aaww, that's such a wonderful thing to do! They live really terrible lives out in the wild, covered in ticks and frost bitten they're not raccoons... Not wild animals. Thanks for saving creatures!!!! I knew there were some hi quality peeps in here

I hate it when people totally ignore stray babies!! I'm a total cat lady. I have five now.. Three of them were brothers and they were in a ditch during the winter a few years ago and had been separated from their mother. They were so tiny they couldn't have been more than 2 weeks old. I really didn't think one of them would even be able to eat anymore. But I fed em and rubbed their bellies every day and they are alive and well now! They are super spoiled and they love on everyone~

That's so sad, but so nice at the ending. I love my cat she is a cutie.

My girl cat was a stray, she was actually pregnant when we got her (we didn't know because she was so malnourished and she's very small in general, the doctor told us she was only about a year and this was at least her second pregnancy) and we got good homes for her babies once she had them. Now she's the big spoiled fat baby princess of the house! lol we also just adopted a boy kitten in January who's disabled, his right arm is stuck bent in an L position like he can't straighten it, but he does just fine! He limps when he walks but you can't even notice when he runs and jumps etc. And he can use it to grab things still

I love you awesome cat people yay!!!! I'm not alone!!! I find animals outside and make them mine I found a puppy in Mexico and kept her too, they didn't even care at the border, they just wanted to know if there were oranges.

Okay, this might sound crazy but her name is: Princess Kittles Kush Lane Bunch Chait. My family either calls her Kittles or Kush. I got her on September 24, 2007, the birthday of the first friend of mine I ever had pass away. And it's okay, I decorate my cat pictures too
