You definitely should have picked up Aphrodite's Shell instead of Delphic if you are very fair. I think it's the perfect bronzer for fair to light skin tones.

it's hilarious when you look at the image gallery thumbnails expecting to see swatches you see scantily clad men...! ;)

Only one drink! (Because you have less than 10 posts.) Soon you'll be out of drinking game territory lol. Also, welcome!! Glad you got all of your goodies! I would say AS would have been the better bronzer for you.. but I'm sure some paler people would wear the darker one. I've never done MAC returns from things I bought online so maybe someone else can answer that. Or ask MAC customer service.

Like what time the makeup goes up is probably the ONE thing I DON'T need specktra for, because I'm too paranoid to trust anyone but me to be vigilant enough! Like even if my hubby had offered to stay up all night FOR me, I'd be like, "nope, can't trust you, you won't know what to do if some things pop up and other things aren't there right away. Or which things to buy immediately and which you can come back for."

For ME, specktra is company to keep me up all night when there's no other way to keep my eyes open, specktra makes me actually ENJOY 24 hour stalking :D And no one else in my life wears makeup, I come from generation after generation of tomboys, so this is where I come to talk about my favorite hobby. So I don't understand why anyone thinks they're supposed to get anything other than general time frame from specktra. And they could have gotten that themselves. This is for swatches and discussion and makeup advice.

That said, I do feel kind of sad for the girls/guys who are really new, because we don't know which ones are honestly just showing up (during a launch though, which can be fishy) and which ones have ULTERIOR MOTIVES!!!! The only way we can know which category someone is is wait and see if they converse and stick around or just want to know the time and don't care about anything else. Like I'm pretty sure you're cool if you're in it for 8 hours posting pictures of your cats lol

Finally, I NEED A BETTER CAMERA!!!!!!! I want to take nice swatch pictures but my camera sucks SO much it's almost not even worth it. Everything you ladies/gents post is high quality stuff. I feel like I'm not really contributing until my swatches don't suck. Drives me crazy.

All joking aside, I can totally understand how annoyig the repetitive questions are, but I think it's still important to make all the newbies feel welcome. I love all the jokes, but I'm worried it might actually keep some newbies away because they don't feel included or not welcome.

Thanks for answering, Erin. The NYer in me was going to say, I know no one, saw nothing, heard nothing....lol Since Erin named names, yes it's worth looking up for a few good snorts of wine in laughter or annoyance. Maybe both. It was disappointing that at that time of day, some posters didn't know when to STFU and let it go!! We were all waiting for the launch and there was no secret Bat time or Bat channel that only some knew about. That was the funny part!

They way I look at it is, if you're going to b annoying and whiney then 'm not sure I want to see your posts anyway. For the ONE newbie that left SEVERAL have joined.
