I'm willing to bet that at some point you will be asking yourself how you ended up owning so many bronzers lol. I am very lucky that I have a skin tone that works with most bronzers, but also unlucky because I will never in my life use all of the bronzers I own.

Anything with hydroquinone. I wouldn't advise it though. Only use fade cream if you're trying to lighten spots.

Your super sweet but I really like how red lipstick looks on very light skin. Plus I would like to be all one color because I have dark spots on my cheeks

Well only use the fade cream on the spots. Red lipstick I'm sure will look gorgeous on your complexion.
get a clear pencil!! makes all the difference with everything. i was amazed. someone used it with the purple lipstick in the proenza thread and i was like howwww did you do that
There are a lot of fade/bleaching creams and soaps out there if you choose to go that route, but I've never seen really good results. The people, though noticeably lighter, end up with a very ashy and dull looking complexion afterwards.
