Too funny about your Mom's cat. Torties are often interesting looking cats. Scully has some thyroid issues but otherwise she's pretty good. Her lifetime companion (my Maine Coone) died a year and 1/2 ago at 18. My cats live long! Poor Scully was so lost when Buddy died. She looked for her for 6 months after she died. Buddy started having seizures one night and I took her to the animal hospital where she died, so Scully probably wondered why she didn't come back with me. But now I'm Scully's companion! She's my little girl. ;-)

which is one of the reasons I never read her reviews or her comps.. the reviews are skewed imo, and her comps are like WTF? I like a tiny bit of reasoning behind these observations, and her site does not provide them. Pics are good though.. ha

My silver sun arrived today too and I haven't tried it yet, but wowza, it looks gorgeous on you!I think Silver Sun is my new favorite eyeshadow EVER.
It's that kind of color that draws attention to my eyes without being so similar that it washes them out. I have nothing even remotely like it.
The color is gorgeous but the formula.. WOW. I used a 239 brush to pack it on and blend it slightly around the edges. Almost no fallout. No primer or base either. It layers and layers (and layers) and blends so incredibly well.. I haven't tried it wet yet but the pigmentation was so great dry I can just imagine.
The one complaint I have is that it makes me want to pick up Lorelei and Sea Worship too..
Awesome!I was just planning on buying AS, but SS jumped in my cart along with LL. Cannot wait to pick up more on Thursday!

I like her pictures I just don't understand the comparisons she has all the choices we all have and some just don't make sense. Someone should start a thread on here so we can all add our own dupe choices.
i like allura beauty. I enjoy her videos as she talks about why she doesn't like something as she swatches them so you hear her opinion on why but can still make your own judgment. You get to see the patchy products or ones that have no pigment for yourself but she doesn't get them up as fast. Maybe it would be better if other blogs waited instead of rushing to be the first blogger and be the more accurate blogger

i asked my friend to have one set aside for me for the launch on thursday...but she's also being transferred to another store right now, so i'm a little worried something could go wrong. i'm not use to chasing down these LE items anymore!

my swatches are a cell phone in bathroom lighting so probably the worst ever ut you can see there is a big difference in shade. GOTS is definitely more purple. the other 2 look the same on my lips. DIU a tiny bit more berry, DLG more pink
